At first glare it looks like a Turkish candy shop but if you are bold enough to walk down that small way you'll find yourself in the restaurant area.

This place is absolutely my taste: not fancy, slightly cheesy, noisy and good for some nice food.

I tried kumpir - baked potatoes with several salads and fillings - for the first time and I was amazed!

The heat of the soft potato goes really well with the fresh and cold salad. A scoop of butter and some cheese add a lovely creaminess to it. Totally loved it.

I don't care too much about nice interior and focus on the food hence 4 stars.

Amazing stuff with very low price. Gotta go back again.
What I would recommend to you is Kumpir, which is basically a baked potato with lots of lots of other ingredients in it. But be careful, it comes way bigger than you can finish. It tastes amazing though.
This is also one of the rarest places where I could find original Turkish chai(tea).
Once you get in, you will see tables and seats but there is also like a garden section behind the cashiers where you can have either tables or your own booth, the service is quite fast and they also have amazing deserts, too.

Two people can pay as much as 7€ for two filled potatoes, a delicious omelette and Turkish tea! Really really yummy! I try to go at least twice a month! They have many toppings for the potato filling, and you can choose as many as you want. And the potatoes are HUGE! Veggie omelette is my favourite, since it reminds me to Spanish omelette plus mushrooms. They serve it with bread and veggies! I really recommend it! The don't have English menu, but the waiters are very helpful!

Dieser Laden ist kaum zu übersehen, wenn man daran vorbeigeht, denn es ist immer ganz viel los darin. Das Restaurant ist jedoch leicht zu übersehen es liegt im hinteren Teil des Geschäfts und ist so gut wie immer voll. Die Spezialität des Hauses oder Kumpir ist eine Ofenkartoffel mit Butter und Käse, zu der man viele diverse Salate bestellen kann, die dann auf die Kartoffel als Topping kommen. Es gibt: Couscous, Karottensalat, Nudelsalat, russischen Salat (der eigentlich nicht wirklich russisch ist, da andere Zutaten wie grüne Erbsen, Würstchen, Salzgurken etc fehlen), Mais, Oliven, türkische Würstchen, Pepperoni und vieles mehr. Das ganze kostet nur EUR3,90 und ist gerade für den Wedding angemessen. Die Ofenkartoffel gibt es auch außer Haus und die nehme ich häufig mit.
Allerdings lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe dort früher immer Köfte zum mitnehmen bestellt und habe jedes Mal deutlich gesagt, dass ich den Salat ohne Dressing und die Pommes ohne Mayo haben möchte. Das wurde zwar an die Küche so weitergegeben, wurde von der Küche wiederum nicht umgesetzt. Ich bekam dann die Speise natürlich mit Mayo und den Salat mit Dressing. Und jedes Mal, als ich die Bedienung darauf hinwies, gab es zunächst lange Diskussionen mit der Küche etc. und ich musste weiterhin auf mein Essen warten. Schade darum
Aber da die Ofenkartoffeln immer vorne zubereitet werden, kann man vor Ort bestimmen, welche Toppings man auf der Kartoffel haben möchte.
Für mich kein Köfte mehr, aber definitiv wieder Kumpir!
