They did a great job with my dog who absolutely hates nail trims. She has gotten more sensitive to nail trims as she ages and the lovely folks at Petco could no longer handle her. So glad we found a place with knowledgeable and professional staff!

Over the July 4th holidays my daughter brought her adorable Chow to visit and wanted to to get her groomed. Called our regular two grooming salons 5 days in advance but could not get an appointment. So I searched Yelp and found All Fur Love in Danville. They had great communication and my daughter C Chow got a great summer cut. See pics. It was a bit higher then we usually pay but being the other grooming salons not available it's another good option.

I normally do not write reviews. However, I am hoping this doesn't happen to another animal. Our dog came back with many cuts and grazed skin from the grooming. It was horrific. I am sure he was in pain. Our dog was withdrawn after and seemed really tired. He would just lay around, when he was normally a super active dog. His whole demeanor changed. We will be taking him to the vet. This place is so popular now that they don't seem to care about the dog, a living being with feelings. I would not recommend this place.

Thx for such a great job with Kobe, our mini goldendoodle. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and that's what Kobe got! I didn't want the rounded fluffy poodle head so they explained I wanted the teddy bear look with flat top. I appreciated the guidance so I know what to ask for! Stephen was the groomer and had great customer service. Will be back! THANK YOU!

Brought my two dogs here to get groomed. They did a pretty thorough job. One star off because they ended up cutting too much for the type of dogs they are. Other than that, my dogs came back very nice.

We had such a fantastic experience at All Fur Love salon. It was my labradoodle's first grooming and Bithiah was just amazing! She was so kind, professional, detail oriented, patient and provided top of the line service. She listened to what I was looking for and made sure that my puppy is comfortable. Thank you so much for your amazing work, Bithiah! We cannot wait to be back.

My baby Bernedoodle had his first grooming experience here and were very pleased. They took the time to help him acclimate. It really does seem like they care about the furry customers!
My Berne came out fluffy and clean!! Moving to the Danville I was nervous we wouldn't be able to find our grooming spot but I am rest assured we found our home. They really love!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Chris N.San Ramon, Vereinigte Staaten1827. Aug. 2019
I took my dog here in order to get a de-shedding shampoo and brush. My dog is a German Shepherd, and like all German Shepherds he has a double coat, which means he can not be shaved at all. My partner confirmed with the groomers when she made the appointment, and I confirmed when I dropped my dog off, that all they were doing was the shampoo and the brush. That is all that was mentioned or talked about.
When we picked my dog up, the only thing mentioned to us was that my dog did not like blow dryers, which is something we warned them about in advance. There was no other mention of any other problems.
The day after we picked up our dog, my partner goes to pet our dog and he yelped so loud I came running from the other room. I can't describe the sound he made, other than to say that if you have owned a dog who had been in tremendous pain, you will know what I am talking about.
We inspected my dogs back and found open cuts and dried blood. Now, between my partner's schedule and mine, one of us is always home with our dog, and we knew that he had not been injured in our care.
On the Monday after my dog's appointment, I took him back to the business in order to talk to the employees about what had happened to my dog. One of the employees even mentioned that he had told another employee that they had injured our dog. None of that information was passed on to us. That part is the worst, because it even states on their website that they immediately tell the owners if a pet sustains an injury. That was not the case here.
I was informed by one of the groomers that they had attempted a technique called "carding", which is a method using a dull knife to shorten the hair of double coated dogs without shaving them. This was not discussed with us before hand and whoever did the "carding" technique managed to cause multiple lacerations to my dog's back.
Now I'm going to do something they didn't and I'm going to be forthcoming with information. They did refund us and paid for our dog's first vet bill. However, my concern comes from the fact that the owner refused to talk to us or reach out, and used one of the managers as an intermediary. And my other concern is that they inflicted horrific injuries to my dog's back.
We had a vet appointment later that day and the vet had to shave our dog's back in order to see the extent of the damage, which you can see in the picture. The veterinarian assistant was even disturbed by what had been done to our dog.
It has been over a month and our dog's injuries still aren't fully recovered. And because the vet had to shave his back, the fur in that patch will never be the same.Helpful 34Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 1 - Susan M.Danville, Vereinigte Staaten36511. Feb. 2022
My pup had a three inch rope burn on her neck when I picked her up from her last grooming session just before Thanksgiving. She was stuffed intonher harness and it was on upside down - how they even managed to get it fastened I'll never know. She cries when shes scared so i know she can be a handful but I will not ever be returning.
