What a find! They beautifully repaired my antique gold earrings, and also put a new silver jump ring on my family heirloom pendant, both of which have been languishing in my draw for years ..... until I discovered them. The repairs, which were reasonably priced took twenty-four hours. They also gave me instructions on how to clean my gold ring.

I was really hoping that they would have provided better skill, especially since I paid quite a bit of money to repair a ring and to dip my wedding band in rhodium. First of all, they failed to mention that the engraving on my wedding band would vanish (covered in rhodium)! When I asked about this, I was told they know better. This is unacceptable! Perhaps why the lady at the desk told me to never remove my ring from my finger - so that I wouldn't see their mistake!

Next, I gave them my favorite ring to repair, as it had bent from being so fragile and thin. The difference was barely noticeable and after wearing it once, once of the diamonds fell out!

I do not recommend this place at all. Please beware. They seem like nice enough folks, but I don't recommend the work.

Pretty much a hole in the wall place but supposedly this is where Tiffanys sends their repairs to. I brought my engagement ring to be fixed and it cost around £45 pounds. Cash only.

We had friends who highly recommended this Hatton Garden jeweler in London, so when we needed my fiancees engagement ring resized and reset we decided to check them out. They are very pleasant and efficient at evaluating what we wanted and a lot of fun to talk to. We also ordered a wedding band to match the diamond ring (which was a family ring) and they did a wonderful job at both. the finished product was exactly what I asked for, excellent quality and very reasonably priced. If I ever have repairs or want to purchase a beautiful piece of jewellery I will undoubtedly return!
