This store is pricey. However, if I could afford it, I would probably shop here. I saw a very cute dress here that was 50% off but had to pass on it. They DO have smaller sizes here (I have to wear an XS) and if you're looking for club/dressier attire that may be a little better made than at some places, this is the store for you.

I WAS a new customer of Arden B. I started shopping at this place on E16 like 3 weeks ago and I bought over $500 clothes. I bought a knit sweater 2 1/2 weeks ago. I took off the tag before I wear (I think alot of ppl do that) and I noticed there is a hole on the sleeve. I took it back and they exchanged me another one last Friday. I purchased more clothes at the same day and the saleslady switched a new sweater to me. I didn't check since my car was parked at the meter few blocks away. I got home and wanted to wear my new sweater to go out. I did the same thing again. Took off the price tag and realized the sweater is DAMAGED!!! I went back again today and the owner of the store gave me very nasty attitude. I took out the sweater and showed her where the damage it so I pulled out my sweater and left it on the area that have hangers FOR 3 seconds. She started bitching at me and she said she noticed how careless I am!!!!!!!!!! She said she's not going to change it for me cuz I'm a careless person. I told her I won't go there again and she said FINE. So I didn't change and I told myself I'm not going to shop there AGAIN in my life. I bumped into a salesman that he remember me and I told him what happened. The BITCH walked up to me again and said "I'M DOING YOU A FAVOR THIS TIME" then she changed it to me and told me to check it and started bitching AGAIN. I'm a BEBE big fans and I'm going to stick with my BEBE!!! That bitch treat customer very nice when you buy clothes from her but she won't take back any damaged clothes that she sold you.

I've only had I one shopping experience with this company and all I can say after that is I will never in life shop here or recommend any one to shop here again.. I received my order and wasn't pleased with the quality of the merchandise so I went to the store on 3rd and 15th.. They told me I would only get a store credit even though the items were packed in its original package try we're never worn and I had my invoice from the online purchase but that wasn't good enough.. I had to pay about $14 to ship it back because they don't offer free return labels.. I shipped it back on Nov 30th and they relieved it on Dec 7th but my refund wasn't posted until Dec 18th and it was only for a partial refund because they don't return the $5 shipping fee.. If they're not going to refund shipping they should at least provide return labels I basically paid $19 to return my items which isn't fair to me. Worse store ever!!
