Auntie Lucy's Pet Feed

I came by to see the dog whisperer Lucy (customers lovingly call her that )

She is one of the nicest, loving and personable owners that I have ever met.

I told her what my issues were and she assured me that she could help if I did my part.

I spoiled my puppy so much she's now refusing to eat puppy food and will go all day without eating, I always give in and buy her food or cook some chicken breast for her and it's getting tiresome and expensive.

Most importantly it's not healthy to feed Dylan this way, I learned a great lesson and now I'm here.

We walked In and she made contact with Dylan making her relax.

She fixed a nice bowl with grain free raw chicken and a hard puppy meal with chicken, she was patient as my puppy refused it then she mimicked eating it and Dylan ate a little, next Lucy added a little water and mixed in a bit of raw dried food and Dylan ate most of it, my picky puppy was into that food.

She was on Dylan's level the whole time devoted to finding the right food for her and they bonded, my shy puppy was so relaxed that she started playing and running eating food out of Lucy's hands.

I didn't say a word the whole time, I let Lucy work her magic and wouldn't you know it Dylan ate most of the food and loved it.

Lucy made me promise to hold to the feeding schedule and to only give Dylan this new food and not to let her have anymore table food whatsoever.

I promise... but my puppy punks me I need to stay strong. Lol

I was on top of the world watching my little fur baby enjoy herself.

I bought two bags of recommended food, a porcupine stuffed animal that Dylan fell in love with, and a cute pink knit sweater for my neighbors new dog.

Lucy gave me a free roll of fresh puppy food and and a dried chew (pig-tail ) for Dylan.

Please go over there and support this fine business she's a wonderful person who is here to help any pet owner in need her store is clean well stocked and she has something for every pet need.

She is truly a pet whisperer.

If you love your fur baby , this is the place to be. The owner of this place is very knowledgeable! I love the atmosphere , and it such cute shop ! I only like to feed my dog grain free organic food and treats because I feel it's the best. I really like that I can locally buy it now , and not have to drive far !
I came in looking for a shampoo that would help my dogs dry skin. The owner was more than happy to share her knowledge and point me in the right direction. Came out with some great items today ! Thank you !

Auntie Lucy is one of the kindest and most genuine souls you will ever come across. She absolutely LOVES what she does wholeheartedly and it shows. Not to mention she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to our 4-legged friends. She carries the highest quality, grain-free foods for both cats and dogs. If you have a finicky eater and can't find the right food, stop in and Lucy will be glad to help. If you bring in your 4-legged baby to the store, she will spoil him/her rotten.

If you live in the Bixby Knolls/California Heights area and you haven't had a chance to stop in, do so, you'll be happy you did.

OMGoodness this is the best store ever for pet lovers. The owner and her niece were there along with her 15 year old dog and the owner is so knowledgeable and genuinely caring about the health and well being of your pet it was amazing. This is my new go-to spot for everything my pet needs. The ambience was amazing when you walk in you to feel like you're at home and it smells so good.
I'm so glad they moved into my neighborhood. So go go go she did take care of you and your babies!!

don't think that we will ever be seeing auntie Lucy again. Somebody showed me some bad stuff that went down. And it sounds like she will be going away for a long time! Too bad she was very nice and it was a nice place to go to. :( We have been going to Pet Pantry in Signal Hill now and we are very happy there you should at least try it out if you live close by.

Auntie Lucy's pet feed is exactly what's needed here. She has a lot of the basics such as food, treats, treatments and toys. She loves on all the dogs that go in there and she cares about me, not just as a customer. She and Puddin have a great relationship. He even stayed with them 2x when I had to go to appointments. She treats him as if he were part of her family.
She's in Bixby Knolls and pet owners should go there for their everyday needs for their fur babies.

Auntie Lucy's is the best! Auntie Lucy treats your fur babies like they are her own and she has great selection of high quality pet foods. I love supporting small local businesses especially when the owners are super cool.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO AUNTY LUCY's PET FEED

Not only is she one of the most chillest down to earth person I've ever come across as a Human who also loves animals but she's very informative with the products she has in store. Very great with dogs, apparently with MOST if not ALL Breeds! I brought my Mom's shitzu with us for our first visit because I thought my Pit would be too big but she is so welcoming and advised that I better bring my big boy next time I come! Lol (she's too stinkin cute I tell ya!) the prices are pretty reasonable and good for the big bags of Good Healthy dog food! She even gave Suzy (my Moms dog) treats and interacted with her. As for the store itself.... It's pretty dope! Clean, peaceful, made me feel real comfortable to be in there.. I know Suzy came around real quick! Lol Thanks Aunty Lucy for a great experience! Also got my pit a new dog tag here and she also gave us goodies for him You rock Aunty L! We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AUNTY LUCY's for all your Pet's needs! My new go to for mine!

My 2-year old GSD has had chronic ear infections and hot spots that would flare up every other month. I've changed my dog's food multiple times because Bosco would let the food sit and I would think he's just being picky! I would try mixing in wet food, treats, etc. just to get him to eat. Didn't work!

I stopped by Auntie Lucy's and told her the issues he was having. She recommended starting off on a clean slate because he may be allergic to an ingredient in his food. She gave me several different samples of food and flavors to see which one Bosco would like best.

When I came back, we went with PureVita Turkey because it was a single-source protein food. We think he may be allergic to chicken because that's all I was feeding him before. Bosco now goes through a 25lb. bag every month, we're on our 5th bag! No lie, we haven't had an ear infection or hot spot since then.

Auntie Lucy is amazing! Her advice & recommendations have saved us vet trips and medication bills. Her store carries a variety of high-quality food. Yes, parking can be a challenge, but there's usually a spot in residential area.

Unmatched customer service and legitimate care and concern for your fur - babies at this store. The 5 star rating speaks for itself, but in my opinion, it is an understatement. My dog loves coming to see her auntie Lucy and my cats are the healthiest they have ever been due to the knowledgeable recommendations from Lucy.
