Becky Bubbles Laundry Center

This place is disgusting. There is mold on the inner flaps of the washers. There are water marks all through the ceiling. It smells moldy inside as well. This place needs to be inspected. I'm sure there are multiple violations . The floors are dirty. The tables have lint. This place needs a REALLY GOOD cleaning.

I've never used a laundry service before so I was a little skeptical. But we had a fire and all of our clothes needed to be washed. It was way too much laundry for me to do. I called Lou and he took care of it all. Our clothes came back clean, perfectly folded, and smoke free. I may never do my own laundry again!

This place is great! I had a large Queen size comforter that needed a large machine so I decided to try this place out! Lou (the owner) was exceptional. He explained everything to me and even helped me navigate the machine. There's a machine to get quarters, soap if you need and a very friendly staff. Prices are great and they have a drop off service that I will likely use during the school year when I'm working!

This is my first time ever in a laundry mat and I almost f'd the whole place up, stay tuned. So I'm staying at the Radisson hotel for two months and I gotta do laundry every week cuz I'm not a bum. I'm also a cheap dude (proud as well). Well more so proud of the fact that I like to save money and having to pay $20 a week at a hotel for laundry is a bit ridiculous to me.

So long story short, I walked from Radisson hotel to Beckys laundry and doing it myself. It's $3.75 for a normal wash. And for the dryer it's 25 cents every 8 minutes. Cash only here fellas and gals, cash rules everything around Becky. Also you gotta bring your own detergent, you can buy here but there is a CVS literally across the street you can buy tide for $3. If you're reading this review years from now, account for inflation.

Anyways, I lost my laundromat virginity here and I made a huge mistake. For the washer, when you put the money in it starts the load, plz be ready with your laundry when you put the money in or this will happen. I had half of my laundry in, though it was smart to pay, payed, the load started, the door was open, water starts GUSHING out of the washer. I only have half clothes of my clothes in, I start rushing to put my clothes in while water is spewing out and it's spinning. Meanwhile some lady starts yelling at me while I'm scrambling to put my clothes in against the water gushing out, tells me I can get hurt putting my hands in a spinning washer (I think the yelling is justified here). This lady ends up completely taking over. Closes the door. Grabs a key and manually stops this monster of a washer. She prevents my dumb____ from flooding the laundromat, helps clean up the water spill and saves the day.

I'm not sure or not if her name was Becky but she definitely worked there. I ended up finishing my laundry without issue. I bought the lady a gyro from the gyro place next door, because she was so nice to me. This laundromat was quite the experience for me, but well worth 5 stars with the good ppl working here.

I absolutely love the pickup and drop off laundry services that the owner Lou Denet provides. It's so easy. I called the first time, we exchanged info (I was apprehensive as I have never used a laundry service before and wasn't sure what to expect.) I was so pleasantly surprised! Lou is so friendly and easy going and completely transparent on the entire process. Now that I've been using him every week for the past several weeks it's been such a huge help. I just text Lou the night before I want a pickup, he texts back to confirm. Then he texts me the following morning to let me know before coming to do the pickup. Clothes always come back the next day, clean, folded, smelling wonderful. I always get my text from Lou prior to him dropping off the clothes and the text showing he left it in front of my apartment door. Payment is super easy through Venmo.

He provides such a great service and I am so happy to have found this gem!!!

On our way to Pop's Espresso, we walked past Becky's Bubbles and saw a promotion that caught my eye. Went into the establishment and noticed how clean it was. I said to myself this wasn't like this a couple of years ago; then noticed a sign that said it was "Under New Management". We had a bunch of linens, comforters, pillows, and etc.... that needed to be washed and we were going to do it in our apartment laundry room but their cost to pickup and drop off was almost the same. I called the owner the next day and he was very accommodating. He came to my home the next day and picked everything up....plus came back because we forgot to give him something. It was a fast turnaround getting everything back...plus the service was so great that when he dropped off our stuff we gave him more stuff! Don't second guess it, drop off your laundry at Becky's Bubbles!

Lou Denet is the new owner of Becky's Bubbles and I'm glad to have met him. I would've left this review sooner if Yelp hadn't been acting up the past couple days.

Anyway, I picked his brain about the acquisition of his laundromat and could just tell he wanted to make a difference. It's not everyday you meet this kind of person. We chopped it up. At this point in time I will like to instinctively reassure Lou and anyone else reading this, please, at your convenience, take your laundry here to this man's laundromat and forget about your worries.

I left feeling like I knew him personally after 10 minutes. A genuinely kind, super professional and cool manner got my loyalty. Congratulations on the new business Lou, see you soon.

I LOVE THIS Laundromat! The new owner is super sweet and super cool!
Before this new guy took over, the place was a little filthy, machines weren't being taken care of and the previous owners weren't so friendly. But when this new guy took over, you can definitely tell the difference! I've gone to other laundromats in the area and I still like this one the best.
P.S: the bathroom is now clean too! :-)

Quick. Floor is filthy. Machine lint not cleaned out even at 9 am. Went here because my pregnant wife wanted a laundromat with a bathroom. It was absolutely filthy. When I asked for TP the attendant gave me three small paper towels. The only reason I'm not giving it a one is that the machines worked.
