Best Western Heronston Hotel

This was the second time I'd dropped in for a light lunch when I was here today. The food is unexciting and the whole place feels very tired and uncared-for. Security on some of the doors off reception points to a number of "issues" and probably to a shortage of well-trained staff. I'll not go there again from choice

This Place is ok, undergoing a refurb. The place is somewhat tired food average. Have stayed in better BW hotels.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve the place was fantastic with staff that couldn't do enough for you. The pool, sauna and steam room were great to use and you could use them up to 10pm in the night!. The massages were good apart from the facial massage where the masseuse had cigarette breathe. We were completely stuffed after the 7 course meal, NYE was a brilliant night. It would be a 5 star rating if the suite we stayed in different have rips in the sofa. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
