All I can say is CURRYWORST! This is a must. If you go to Germany you mist try this stuff. It is the ultimate drunk food. I particularly recommended getting a side of fries with mayo and dipping them in the extra sauce.
Also the staff were all kind enough not to make me use my horribly broken German. They were quick to switch to English when they saw I was struggling.
I will say it again-- EAT THIS!
Preferably with a beer...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amy S.Glen Ellyn, Vereinigte Staaten5023344484. Jan. 2023
Well the name says it all... best wurst in town! As a vegetarian, I cannot love this place enough! Everytime I'm in Germany it's one of the first places I set my eyes on! I love that they have so many locations and the staff is always so friendly! Highly recommend!

This was a good find in the Frankfurt Airport. The staff was friendly and had a great sense of humour which added to the experience. The Curryworscht has very good. You can mix things up with pork or beef and then select your desired level of spice. I think that whenever O am passing through the airport I will be sure to make a quick stop here for lunch.

A little food stand specializing in currywurst and French fries. Quick, cheap and reliably delicious. They have good currywurst options with a variety of spice levels and ketchup types. First you choose beef or pork sausage then you customize spice and ketchup. Thinking Germans don't really eat spicy I ordered the most spicy thinking the spice would still be fairly weak. However, I was mistaken. Beware - it packs a punch!

This is honestly really good currywurst, no matter how touristy you think it is. And because it's a chain, also doesn't lower its quality. This place is great! I knocked off a star since the pommes frites were a bit soggy.
For 2 people, we ordered the mini monster. Came with currywurst (mixed pork and beef), pommes frites and a soda (ordered Spitz). Just the right amount. And the price was good! Definitely going to eat it again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jenny L.Queens, Vereinigte Staaten9319228825. Nov. 2013
The night before we were leaving Frankfurt, a local we met gave us a recommendation to go to the Best Worscht in Town. I love spicy food, and the thought of 10 different levels of chili and a variety of toppings on sausage piqued our interest. We walked all around town looking for this place, we asked some people for directions and they all sent us in the wrong way. It was almost time for us to go to the airport but I wasn't ready to give up yet. We ended up taking a cab here and let me tell you, the experience was worth all the wandering, wrong directions, and even the cab fare.
It was Tuesday afternoon around lunch time, there were only about 5 people on the line ahead of us. When I finally reached the front of the line, I froze and didn't know what to get - there were many options. The staff was helpful, funny, and friendly. I explained that I enjoy my food spicy, they asked me to try level C on a french fry (oh boy! that was spicy) and I was glad I didn't pretend to be a superwoman and order level F without asking. You get to choose if you want beef or pork sausage. We wound up getting level B+ and it was perfect with a side of fresh, delicious fries.
You take your food to the side where you can eat it standing up under the canopy on a counter, everyone there were enjoying their food. Snack Point gives you a lot of sauce with the sliced sausage, but it seemed customary to finish every last drop. People were dipping their fries in the sauce and licking their plates clean. It really was that good.
We were full after our sausage and fries but I couldn't help myself to make another order and take it to go, this time I got level B+ with cheese - I ate it a few hours later on the plane back to JFK. I wish I could've had more than one meal here, definitely worth the trek and was one of the highlights of my weekend in Germany. Thanks :)Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Gerd P.Möhrendorf, Bayern1273071396. Okt. 2013
YES!!!
Real fast food!!!
If you want to taste "Curry-Wurst" go there and order you personal meal.
But take care - depending on your choice of spices it could become real hot ;-)
Busy place during lunch break.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (txblon…)Schöneck, Hessen14711. Apr. 2008
You go here for the staff almost as much as for the food!! They banter back and forth the whole time and are well oiled currywürst making machines!
Curry sauces come in various varieties of hotness, as Danno described - I usually go with C as well which leaves me feeling a bit drugged afterwards - but that could also have to do with the double würst portion, fries and a couple pieces of homemade bread that get eaten with it! ;-)
There are also different types of sauces based on taste: Curry, Freestyle (combo of Jambalaya & Curry), Jambalaya, Lemon, Pirate (Lemon & Jambalaya + Bärlauch), BBQ-Curry, X-Mas (with cinnamon & coriander)....I go for Freestyle cause it's just downright good.
They will mix up a few varieties of spiciness and flavors for you if you want to try them out too - but they do warn you multiple times once you start ordering D that it is not for the weak. The stuff is beyond hot and they are not playing around.
Absolutely the BEST currywürst around!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kevin Y.Los Angeles, Vereinigte Staaten131301425. Feb. 2016
Do give them a visit!
Simple but good German fast food! The curry wurst is what you need to get. We got the combos and it comes with fries and a soda. Pretty simple menu and you can't go wrong, especially for people that really like their brat spicy.
Lets just say its one of the best sausage place to go in Frankfurt. Next year when I'm back in the city, I would visit again! Use google map to find the place, its a bit north above the busy city center.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gilford S.Austin, Vereinigte Staaten64428728. Apr. 2013Aktualisierter Beitrag
What can I say? Best Worscht is like a crazy ex-girlfriend who gave you the best sex you'll ever have. Sure I get mad about the long lines. We get mad because you have to get phone orders in by 10:30 or else they won't even pick up the phone. But then, just like with the crazy ex-girlfriend you get sucked back in for the dirty, filthy.... I mean delicious 7C doppelt mit pommes.

One of the few places you'lll find in Germany where spicey really means spicey. For the unannointed, its Currywurst and pommes but with a variety of flavors and heat levels. The heat levels are no joke. I'lll go as high as C and I do appreciate some heat. You get above that level and you need to be a real connoiseur of hot blast spice levels. My standard: 7B+ with pommes. The rye bread is also the bomb.
