The smell of Bob's bbq smoke wafts in the Kalihi air and draws customers in. Phone order is the pro tip when ordering for dinner time. Cannot go wrong with the hibachi chicken plate and if you want a good deal the super combo is the way to go. Bobs always makes the day better.

安価ですしボリュームもあります。店前に数点のテーブルもありますが、あまり衛生的ではないです。
カリヒ地区になるので、少し注意が必要ですが、お昼なら比較的安全だと思います。

Bob's been here for a very long time, but I just recently started coming here and I enjoy it.

Restaurant doesn't seem very clean, but it's an old place and they do have a green inspection card. Lots of outdoor tables available. Yes, outdoors, so don't expect it to be clean.

The restaurant is busy. The cashier is very good at her job. Food is made to order and they have a huge menu. Good to see the variety of sandwiches as well.

Very generous serving, enough to split with someone.

My favorite is the combination, teriyaki beef/teriyaki chicken. Delicious marinate, meats are tender, best to eat it right away otherwise the teriyaki beef will dry out.

I tried something different this time, and ordered the hibachi chicken. The marinate is a sweet ketchup based sauce, and understand this is a popular item. Although the chicken was tender, I don't quite care for this type of sauce. Mister likes the teriyaki beef sandwich, said the beef is tender, and he would order it again, good ratio with the beef.

Must get the chocolate malt! So delicious!!!!

Be careful driving out from the parking lot. It is located at the corner of a very busy location and cars driving in from every direction. It's very dangerous to try and make a left out, and there are cars turning right and would have trouble seeing you driving out from the parking lot.

Stopped in and picked up a Teri Cheeseburger and fries and chocolate malt. Bobs has been located on the corner of Waiakamilo and Dillingham for as long as I can remember! It's a nostalgic place, no frills, a few open benches outside and a pretty yummy chocolate malt shake. Sitting on the bench eating my teri cheeseburger watching all the construction taking place with RAIL being built right in front of it hoping that this spot will remain through the chaos of change.
The staff is always friendly and they know their regulars that frequent this place. Although prices have increased throughout the years, Im okay with my $6.50 Teri cheeseburger and $7.00 large chocolate malt, gotta support Local! Aloha

I feel cheated. As a native Californian, any Hawaiian food I have tried here does not even compare to Bob's.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place while driving around. We saw a long line and decided if there was a lot of people, there must be a reason why. Bob's has a building where the inside is the kitchen. There is a window where you order and a different window where they call your name to tell you your order is ready. There are a bunch of tables, picnic style and condiments that you can put in little condiment containers to use.

We shared a kalbi short ribs and fried shrimp combo, the combo also came with macaroni and white rice. The short ribs had sooo much flavor, and were tender to the bite. The macaroni definitely tasted freshly made, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The shrimp was soo crispy and tasty, I wish we would have gotten more. Even though this meal was meant to be for one person, my husband and I were so full with the portion we shared.

I would definitely come back given the chance!!

Nothing fancy ... Just a stand on the corner of the street with benches out front. Kind people working!

We couldn't split the Chicken, so we just added on 2 pieces ... more than enough for 2 people to share and we did not finish the rice or Mac salad.

I had the delicious Terryaki Beef with Fried shrimp...

Do yourself a favor and just use that bottle of terryaki sauce and just soak all your food in it, you'll thank me!

Best island Hawaiian I've had yet!

Ordered Beef Rib plate. It's our usual. Normally we get the snack size plate but we wanted 4 ribs for us to share so opted for the regular plate. Well, after opening the plate when we got home, I was in shock that as you can see per the pic I attached, we got 4 ribs, but in actuality, 2 of it was bare bones with just burnt fat hidden in BBQ sauce with very little meat. This was barely enough for 2 people to share. Gosh, to top it off, the quality of the food definitely went down from the last time I came here. They say support local, but how when $18 plate isn't even worth it. I don't know if I'll be back again. Hopefully they improve the quality of their food.

I'm sure you've noticed the strong teriyaki/bbq aroma as you driven past the intersection of Dillingham and Waiakamilo. And it's all coming from that little shack with those four bright, bold, yellow letters: BOB'S. This is another childhood memory of mine and my review might once again be fueled by nostalgia. But the food and experience is just as I remembered it, and this time, I was able to show my wife all about it!

We stopped by Bob's after my wife finished work for dinner and when she asked what I get here, I told her I aways get their Hibachi Chicken Combo (with Scallops). As it was her first time, she decided to try their Hibachi Chicken since it's unique to Bob's. We also ordered a large chocolate malt.

I took her to the nearby tables and used to tell her my dad used to take me and my brother every so often when we were kids. It didn't take long for our order to be called and we dug right in. One thing I noticed that was changed (for the better in my opinion) was that there were three larger sized scallops as opposed a few smaller sized pieces of scallops back then. The chicken was tender and the sauce is more on the sweet side and just as I remembered it. My wife seemed to happily enjoy her food as well. One thing to note is that they put their Mac salad in a separate small container which is nice small detail. Their malt was as thick as ever and waited a bit for it to melt so we could eat it with a spoon. It was a thick, chocolate rich, and refreshing.

Nostalgia is a powerful thing; but it's a testament to how Bob's has upheld that consistency of flavors. Twelve years later and it seems Bob's is timeless--same building, same aromas, same flavors and same dining experience on those tables. Their portions are hearty and their food is delicious. It's a simple dining experience perfect for dining in or take out. If we're ever craving that Hibatchi Chicken, Bob's is the obvious choice for us!

It's been a real hot second since I have bought take out. Let me tell you how satisfied I was to finally get the mix plate. Bob's Bar-B-Que did not disappoint at all tonight. The Kalbi, BBQ chicken & Teri Beef was so delicious, reminds me of when you have a BBQ at home & you cook to have it slightly charred. The Teri Sauce is so delicious and makes the rice taste so Ono. I usually don't like macaroni salad, but their macaroni salad is one of a kind. I love the fact that they separated the macaroni salad on the side. Great service , so very quick & easy. The ambiance was perfect, and the price is super affordable compared to most BBQ places here on Oahu. I'll never forget you again BOB's
