Brunel Hotel

We had a very nice and comfortable stay in a large family room, great location very close to Paddington Station. Nice breakfast downstairs as well. Raza at the front desk really went above and beyond by helping us with getting taxis to the airport at 4 a.m. after the cab company messed up our reservation. He handled their rudeness so professionally and got us accommodated with new transportation very quickly. We really appreciated him :)

We were staying about one week in this hotel. The wifi was sucked very slow. The menu for the breakfast are the same for the whole week. I got bitten by the bugs or insects every morning in the different part of my body during my stays here in the hotel. I have to inform the receptionist to do cleaning up in my room. The shower is too small and every night I had to hear a noise like a foot step that coming from the room above us. The wall between the room is too thin and I can hear when my guest next to my room talk or did something
