We popped into BWW to connect with friends and watch football.

I really like that we could see so many games at the same time... that makes it really nice .... It's typical sports bar vibe with lots of cheering... pretty fun environment

The food was ok and was as expected.. we like that it's the same "cook" and flavor of the wings every time that we come, so it's nice to have our expectations met...

The service today has been iffy... Our server's attitude was great, and when she spent time at our table, it was good and all of our ordering was accurate...But she didn't check back very often and we had to hunt her down several times to ask for additional cocktails and water and refills ... Which was a bit disappointing... and that's the reason for the rating..

Place was pretty packed when we got here but had no problem getting a table. Chill, sports bar vibes. Our waiter, David, was on top of things. We didn't even have to ask for refills. He was friendly & professional. He's got great customer service skill. The food was good, drinks were cold & came out quick compared to other B-Dubs. We left full & happy.

It's dinner time and everyone was hungry. Since we were in the area we decided to stop for wings. We knew it might be a bit of a wait since we could see the seating area filling up. We have a usual order at B-Dubs and tonight it didn't disappoint. From the appetizer to the wings which were stove hot & came out a little spicy. (We loved it). The beers as cold as we like them. So what made our experience the most was our server (Ade) He was awesome. He made sure our food was good and we were happy. He also made sure we had enough drinks and they were topped off.
We will be back and make sure he is our server.

If I could give this Buffalo Wild Wings zero stars I would. The hostess has zero hospitality skills. My family of 6 came in at 5:40pm on a Friday night. There were plenty of open table, but the hostess acted like us was a giant inconvenience to seat a party of 6. She finally takes us to a table in the middle with benches and I asked if we could have the booth that was directly across. The hostess would not look at me to answer and said she'd have to ask the servers, and didn't know, and basically acted like it was too much trouble, etc. She never came back with an answer and sat another family there a few seconds later. We never saw a server or were offered drinks so we left.
No idea how the food is but the service is awful.

Awful awful awful awful awful awful. Dirty. Slow. Disgusting. Not greeted. Food all over the floor. Tables that were empty weren't anywhere close to being customer-ready. What a disaster.

Small group, very slow service and food took an hour and 3 minutes to come out cold. Do not recommend. Should have looked at the reviews before stopping here.

Customer service was awesome cause it wasn't busy. Ordered chips n salsa, do they even try to make salsa?? It's like they pushed out a tomato paste out of a tube and chopped up some tomatoes and called it salsa. Got wings quick cause it was dead. And wings was cold. Fries were hot but wings were cold.

Management is on the struggle bus. I am a regular and seem to always get the working food. While in the restaurant drinks will be good but food will take forever and often be cold but if you get the food to go it will be wrong. The management will blame everyone else and when they try to make it "right" they will insult you. At the end of the day if you want a drink it's a good place, if you want wings go to OUTLAW.

Hmmmmm their boneless wings aren't what I remember. It seems like the quality of food has gone down at B-Dubs. I didn't love their boneless wings and they were very skimpy on the amount of sauce they added.

Overall, I'd still come back and next time will try their standard wings but I used to frequent BWW many years ago and remembered their boneless wings being better so either they changed or maybe I just came on an off night.

They still have a ton of big screens and good beer selection so decent option for game days.

It was buy one get one free night. We weren't greeted, just stood around for 10 minutes, eventually went to the bar area. We were ignored by employees for over 1/2 hour. They would just walk right by. Many tables were not bused. We eventually just walked out. Terrible experience. If you don't have the staff, don't run promotions! Last time I visit any franchise.
