Café Albert

IF YOU ARE A TRAVELER, STAY AWAY from this seemingly charming place. We have never experienced a worse experience with cafe staff. We were given attitude when asking about cups to-go. When we looked around for an outlet to charge a cell phone, we were told that there were no outlets (we spotted at least 5) and that they were only for landline phones. It was clear that a particular staff member did not want us to be there. To top it off, two coffee drinks came out to a total of $10..the most expensive drinks of our trip in the worst establishment on our trip. Not worth any part of the experience. Avoid this place!

Beautiful spot on Karl-Heine street in Leipzig! One of the few cafes that is not closed on Mondays. Its tiny interior is warm and cozy, delicious (home made!) cakes, many breakfast options, friendly staff and a good mix of customers. A place to love!
