So far we sat down and our waiter is super nice and attentive!

Apps came out and everything was good

Just waiting on the entrées wait is kinda long but of the food is cooked properly you really cant complain on the time it took!!!


Update food came out super hot and the way we all wanted it so in all good food good service

I will never disrespect Texas Roadhouse ever again by going to a different steakhouse. Came here with friends for the first time. We waited 15 minutes after already having a reservation. It started off well but quickly went down hill. Went looking at the menu for 2 seconds when They kept pushing their promo/special in our face. New York steak and shrimp. I was the only one that fell for it. Not only did our server not check on us as often but left our water cups empty. Had to ask for a soda 3 times. My daughter's burger was 2inches thick of a patty. What 6 year old can open their mouth that wide?! No ketchup around. She couldn't eat it. My husbands food was "3minutes" late. Ended up being 12 minutes late. He was the last person to receive his food. While I tried to eat my what looked super fucking red inside of a steak when asking for medium. It was tough. Chewy. And had to be swallowed for the most part. It had to be drowned in steak sauce. I Ate a few slices. And packed it up. Shrimp was so bland and the server no where to be seen to be asked for lemons.

This food made me sick. Later that night I was throwing up all of it. I will never come here again.

Gave it 2 starts for the Brussels sprouts appetizer. They were the highlight of the night.

Not sure if this place even deserves a 3rd star in my opinion. I came for dinner with a bunch of my family. We had an event so we ordered the buffet style menu that came with ribs, steak, salmon, steamed veggies, baked potatoes, etc. The meats were dry and barely had any moisture/tenderness. They were seasoned well and tasted pretty bland.

My favorite was probably the steak only cause they were a few pieces that at least had some fat and juiciness to them; plus the A1 sauce helped. The service was pretty bad too. We had about 2-3 servers that barely checked on us and only came once for a refill. I know there was maybe 35 of us but still, the service was slow. My favorite item on the menu was the free complimentary bread and butter; this was freshly baked and tasted really good. Other than that, the ambiance was just ok, service was poor and food was about a C-

I wouldn't come back here but who knows? Maybe it was a bad night? Either way, my experience wasn't pleasant.

Came with a large party of 18 for my brother's birthday dinner, food was great, drinks were delicious and our server was amazing! I always get scared when making reservations for such a large party but they really made it so easy and such a great experience.

My experience at Cattlemen's was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I came in today and were having a pretty stressful day but our server Avanti went above and beyond to make our first time experience at Cattlemen's amazing! She was so kind, considerate and attentive. I ordered a Ribeye medium well and got a steak closer to medium rare. I always feel bad about sending food back and normally don't say anything but our server was so kind and I felt safe to mention it. Avanti went above and beyond and got a new steak fired up for me and it was absolute perfection. Thank you so much for being amazing! The whole staff made this an incredible visit. Avanti made sure to make us feel heard and even sent us home with a free cookie and ice cream. Thank you Avanti for the amazing night!

Service was good though the main course came fast, probably the fastest I observed as i was only halfway with my salad. I ordered the cowbow ribeye as usual and medium rare. I thought it was me but it was tough and hardly any juices in it. I tried different ways of cutting (against the grain) and the result was the same. I don't know if it was old or frozen given the speed it came out, but it was disappointing. It was late already but given at least the server was trying, I let it go and will just chuck it up to experience next time. Not sure if it was under new ownership as there were some guys in a corner thanking people and letting them know it's under new ownership. I usually visit quarterly and given the prices these days, I was more disappointed with the outcome of the steak, especially for a ribeye.

Came on a whim on a random Monday night and the place was surprisingly packed. We called ahead of time and they said it's pretty slow but we still had to wait about 15 min to get seated.

Seemed to be a lot of birthdays being celebrated that night and service was just really weird all around and really the main reason for the two stars, but the food didn't help at all.

First the service, and yes this is a chain, everyone is short staffed, and the place was quite busy for a Monday night at 7:30ish but I can only give the facts on the service...

After sitting down it took about 10 min for a waiter to even acknowledge us and come. We asked for water and the tumbleweed onions, 5min later the app came but no water which we reminded him, 10 min later the salad came and another reminder for water. 5 min later water finally came but this was after like 20-25 min after being seated. Entrees took another 10ish minutes but all our food salad/apps were still on the table so it was a crazy mess getting the food in the table with all the dirty dishes.

We didn't get checked on until we were done eating and at that point I had to ask if they still gave bread and beans with the meal and he said he would check. Turns out, they do but we were just never brought any.

I will say the food presentation was very good, especially for a chain but...

- Tumbleweed onions were greasy
- salad had lots of brown pieces of greens
- Burger was well done despite ordering "pink" as opposed to "no pink"
- fries were not seasoned, warm at best, and limp
- nY steak was made well and looked good but it just had no flavor whatsoever which was really weird considering it was cooked well
- ribs were decent, no real complaints with that
- bacon wrapped shrimps may have been the underrated hit, anther well presented dish and rare to get crispy bacon all around
- beans, probably the worst dish all around,
Canned beans would have been preferable
- bread was really good, came warm and crispy with a fluffy center and pronounced sourdough taste, somehow we ate all of it even though it came at the end of the meal

All together, nothing really special here. If you have nostalgia from going 20 years ago, no need to revisit. I cannot speak for the prime rib and beef ribs though, and those appear to be the popular items.

An early dinner. Great service from our young server. He was helpful and patient. Good portions. The baked potato was left a tad too long in the oven, but still good with the trimmings. Don't miss the appetizer of the baked artichoke. And of course, the warm sourdough bread as well.
It was pleasant visit, good food, good service.

My cowboy cut prime rib was 1/3 fat and grisly. The baked potato was overcooked and hard . I let the server know this and was told he would bring it to the manager's attention.

Cattleman's is ALWAYS a good choice. The all you can eat salad is always crisp and perfect along with their toasty sourdough. We get the full rack of PORK baby back ribs EVERY TIME!!!! Honestly it could feed 4 people. We go back and forth with the fries or loaded baked potato. You can't go wrong with either. Just ask for extra crispy fries. We tried the newest dessert on the menu which was the fried apple pie with Maker's Mark caramel sauce (whatever that is) but it was honestly the BEST thing I've ever had - I don't care HOW FULL you are....order it!!!!! And I can't tell you how much I am OBSESSED with their coke/soda. It's the most fizzy most peppy soda I'vever had. I honestly had 5 re-fills with Maraschino cherries of course. The ribs were so good we ordered one to go too. Esteban was such a great server and Francisco is his cousin and we have had him too. Both so good at their jobs. So
Polite and friendly and they are attentive and don't forget about you. We have lived here 35 years and Cattleman's NEVER disappoints. We pretty much go once a week. The salmon with the dill sauce is a great choice too if you want fish.
