Jenny is awesome! She is very focused on great customer service and she's a great communicator. Her quality is unmatched. I would recommend and definitely use her again.

Jenny is wonderful. Word to the wise- the North Park storefront is no longer there- however she's at the Farmer's Market in North Park every Thursday, so don't fret. She also has a drop off location or takes appointments, so super convenient. I have never had any shoe come back that I wasn't thrilled about her work! I just got my winter holiday boots resoled and she did an amazing job.

I was so sad to see the shop closed because I didn't want to find a new trusted cobbler- but I didn't have to.

I highly recommend her services.

They did an amazing job on dyeing an old pair of black pair of Gucci loafers to dark brown.

Nice people, adept leather work. They do more than just shoes, as they have also repaired purses, etc. for us. We are repeat customers and they are always very kind.

This is a perfect mom n' pop business to support.

I brought in my docs to replace a buckle. The lady helping me was kind, helpful and was able to fix my shoes within 24 hours for a very fair price. She also has a variety of boots, shoes and vintage clothing for sale. I'm sad to see the storefront close but glad they will continue service at the farmers market.

Poor service. 20$ for a zip fix with railings (like sweaters). Came by 3 days later, product was not ready. They repaired it in 5 minutes and added a clamp. This does not prevent getting off the rails.

- Poor service.

- Disorganized.

-Does not do what the customer requests.

I've used Chito's for many years. They have always been great at keeping my well loved old shoes in great repair. I've also used them for repairing backpacks and similar items and they've done an excellent job. Always great to have a small, local business who really knows their craft.

The belt repair person is out sick quite a bit, I have been there a couple of times to pick up my item only to find out no work has been done.
