Been to the Koblenz one (on the Hohenzollernstrasse) and the Neuwied one - and can not understand the hype they generate. While both are selling beverages in store, you gotta cue and go outside again to cash in your "Pfand" (CRV) and cue again. If you approach the staff and ask for help the answer was - again, multiple times "if we have it, it must be somewhere there " pointing to a direction that could be anywhere in the store. No other store is this customer unfriendly.

The sushi I bought in Neuwied was rather meh, most of the packaged meats are rated class 1 - which is the lowest how to keep any animal.

I will not go again. Even discounters like Lidl offer better customer service - and significant lower prices. A shame really.
