Anything you want is here. Huge! Can be overwhelming with so many beautiful items to choose from. Prices are so reasonable!

Trato al cliente lamentable. Me cobraron un servicio y no me lo hicieron. Tenían que coser un traje, llegue a recogerlo y no lo habían cosido, no soy de la isla, por lo que les comento que me devuelvan el dinero y se niegan ya que no tienen la boleta del banco. Por lo tanto, una estafa.
No lo recomiendo para nada.

Coolest department store in Spain. They have everything. Always an enjoyable experience.

Avoid at all cost. They'll refund you your taxes if you a resident outside EU, and then recharge your card a month later, even though I had it stamped at CDG airport in Paris (my last destination in EU) and put it in the designated mailbox at CDG!

A one-stop shop, well laid out, lots of staff to direct you, you can get everything you need and have a great experience.

We stopped in to grab a picnic, and ended up taking home three bottles of super well-priced wine...everything was on sale! We got bottles for $3-4 that would be $30-40 here in the states!!

We also picked up candy, chocolates, and meats all on sale-this location in particular was the sweet spot for shopping. Stopping in other ones nearby, or in other cities, we didn't have such a great experience, as we dealt with overcrowding, dirty messy aisles, and unclear layouts.

I would advise shop and stock up here!

One of the best shopping centers in Madrid!

You will love this place because of every little thing, good parking area, nice entrance by car, near of the metro station, placed in the center of the city, great shop collections, new fashion design and nice smell inside!

I am not sure if I am just spoiled by American shopping malls but I was entirely underwhelmed by Corte Ingles. It reminded my of a run-down Macy's with Nordstrom prices. There were way too many floors - i think 12? And I couldn't find an elevator so taking the escalators up and down made me feel like a mouse in a maze.

The prices seemed steep on brand names and I did not notice too many good sales. Maybe I just didn't know how to navigate the store as well as a local, but found myself frustrated by the layout and exhausted from all the escalators. I ended up buying a ton of Turon for gifts but I could have done so at one of their flagship stores anyways. Kudos to the super friendly girl working at the Turon section - she was awesome.

This store has several reincarnations: there are El Cortes that have electronics, washing machines,
furniture. Then there are mostly clothing for the family
on several floors, grocery store on the bottom floor.
The clothes are on the pricey side.I have gone here when my luggage was lost and I had to buy everything
from top to bottom.

Online scam. Avoid at all costs. It was a great place once. Now, they may last months to give your money back

Looking for a dress, maybe some Godiva chocolate, a Starbucks macchiato, your favorite Nars blush that you dropped, a new purse, some sandals, a banana, tampons, a stroller for your child, a bicycle to ride around the city, some Legos, a hairbrush, a pair of pearls to match your dress, a suitcase for everything you just bought at this market? Whatever you need, this place has it!
