If you are looking for overnight pet sitter in your home look no further. This company is truly the best. They came for a free consultation (masked and socially distant). Took the time to answer all of my questions and they had some I did not even think about. Our dog sitter was Diana and she was fabulous sending texts and keeping us updated as we have a special needs dog. Will definitely use again.

We had the absolute best experience with Elite Pet Care. Joan and Julie came masked up and we practiced social distancing during the thorough free consultation. They put me totally at ease over leaving my two 6 month old kitties for the first time. Julie was our sitter and she was amazing. Gave us little check ins and sent pics daily. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The peace of mind having Julie check in on our kitties was so worth it and I would recommend Joan and her team to anyone.

Highly recommend: professional, responsive, accommodating, and very loving caretakers. Other reviews are accurate in the examples of being helped out in a pinch. The process for onboarding and scheduling is well-organized.

I have a lab/rottweiler mix who can be a handful especially upon meeting, but they weren't intimidated. I trust them in my home. Dorothy (my petsitter) sends a pic/updates each visit. Client for 6months upon writing this review.

I recently went on vacation to Palm Springs and took my puppy. We wanted to go out and explore the city a bit but didn't want to leave our dog in the hotel room for too long. We found Elite Pet Care and were so pleased! Dorothy kept us updated with her ETA. She met with me and our dog before we left and we felt so at easy. She brought toys for our dog to play with and sent us pictures throughout the evening. Will definitely use for our next trip to Palm Springs and would highly recommend to anyone else visiting Palm Springs.

Elite Pet Pet is indeed an exceptionally well run business that combines professionalism with care. It is evident from the first contact that Joan runs a very high quality and high standard business and has employed people who truly love and care about animals. I left my three fur babies (two of whom take meds and one that is completely deaf) at home with one of Elite's care givers and came home to happy, healthy and well cared for kids. During my absence I received texts and photos and that provided peace of mind. I highly recommend them for any pet care needed.

Joan and her team are wonderful and genuinely care for the dogs. The Palm Springs daycare has beautiful outdoor space with lots of room to run and shade to relax in. They keep a close eye on the dogs and manners are enforced, which I greatly appreciate. Fabulous experience, every time!

We brought our dogs to PSP to spend holidays with us and left three days for a road trip. We browsed to find a pet sitter for Sinbad, Jade and Ruby. Prices for hotels were just insane so we looked for other solutions and we found Joan. She booked the three dogs to stay with Lynne.
When we usually leave the dogs they are stressed out and cry when we returned. This time they did not, they seemed relaxed and we knew they were well taking care of. I would drop them back anytime at Lynne's place. Again thank you so very much for the easy process and for taking good care of our three babies.
