Encore Beach Club

Day clubbing in your thirties is not the same as in your twenties for a variety of reasons (namely back problems) but the vibe was pretty fun overall.

Having the famous, notable DJ's can get absurd, but the line wasn't too bad and the crowd wasn't as jam-packed as we thought it would be. And even when the chasers (people and drinks) were flying, we had ample space to relocate to grab a drink and collect ourselves.

Note to self though, day clubbing is cool for like an hour tops. Head back home early to powernap before dinner and a show.

Promoters, super awesome and easy to work with! Actual hospitality staff members? Assholes who think they own the earth.

There is an algorithm all clubs use in Vegas, and it's the more females in a group (preferably attractive), the more free things you'll get, but that rule can also be applied to life itself.

Not sure how much tickets cost, but we were permitted free entrance for GA, and then met a random group of people and joined them at their VIP table. Encore is a day club located outdoors. If you have never been to a day club, prepare for chaos-- you'll find swimsuits (or lack thereof) as the attire, ambiguous drinks & liquids splashing, music blaring & a plethora of dry and wet people everywhere.

There are lots of private cabanas and tables, but these are reserved for those who have paid for bottle service.

The vibes here were not great. The headliner did not come until super late and we left before they came on. The setting was damp and felt dirty and gross even though we didn't get into the water. The staff were super strict and confiscated a couple of my friends items and also required us to pay to hold our small digital camera if we didn't want them to toss it. The line was also quite long and inefficient.

Purchased a table on a Saturday mid April. Great spot to overlook the center of the venue. VIP Host Brian Pfeiffer helped me out as always. Call him for table service etc. he will help with everything related to bottle service. His cell# 773-459-8133.

A pro here is that you get in free if you're on the guest list so reach out to a promoter! We used Lyft to get to the club. Follow the signs above to get to the beach club but if you're still lost then follow the crowd of party people. Dress code is club or swim for men and women. Glad I didn't have to wear heels.

We went down the stairs and lined up in the guest list. There was an event for people from MIT so there was a separate line for them. They all had wristbands so they paid and had priority to enter the club before guestlist people.

We waited in line for probably 30-45 minutes. They'll check your ID. The fans near the lines did not help because it was merely blowing hot air back at people. Once you get closer to the venue there's more cool air. There were jugs of water and paper cups but I didn't go out of line to get any. You'll get pat down if you're a guy but I was only medal detector waved. I was able to bring in a small bag that was searched.

Girls on the guest list got 2 drink tickets for champagne and a bottle of water. The line once you're past the first blockade separates men from women. If you're at the outdoor club there will be smoking which I did not like. We got in the club around 12:40am. Luckily Two Friends came out shortly after so we didn't have to wait hours and hours. If you're into throwback nostalgia EDM then they're the DJ's for you but I miss the trap DJ's. The only other DJ similar would have been DJ Mustard and he wasn't performing the weekend I was there.

There's a restroom near the entrance of the beach club.

The pool is smaller because of the bridge in the middle. It's a smaller dance floor. There's free seats under the trees at least although you can't control who sits next to you (sorry, smokers).

The dance floor gets flooded fast. Once the main DJ is out more and more bodies will push their way in. Too claustrophobic for me so I will probably not return.

This place/pool party was bonkers, not my thing, but bonkers nonetheless. I'll preface this review by stating that though not being my speed, that's not the reason for a three star review. Here's why.

Where is the damn pool? They cram so many people in this "Beach Club" that you can't even see the water. Boy oh boy, the things that must be going on in that pool and I hope that their annual spend on chlorine is in the millions as it's needed to sterilize whatever may be breeding in the water. I mean, with this many people in the club you'd expect the bathroom lines to be longer, but they're almost non-existent. Perhaps the pool is being used as the communal toilet? Perhaps, perhaps...

After that gripe I will highlight that we did have a pretty good time here once battling the line that took almost an hour to get through - even with a table that we reserved for $200 per person, with 25 people. I don't know, you'd think maybe there would be a faster process for folks with reservations but that's just me.

Now that I've done this I know that I never need to do it again, but if you're young, ripped, single, and have a bladder the size of a watermelon, you'll probably love this place!

So insanely crowded. Maybe it's a post-COVID thing, bc the first time I was here it wasn't this bad. Even with a promoter, we had a 1.5 hour-long wait to get in. Their security is THOROUGH, which I appreciate, but it takes forever to get in, and when you do get in, there's hardly any space unless you have a table. And even with a table, there's not nearly enough breathing room for a party of 10+.

Pools are questionable. The water is warm from the combined summer heat and sheer number of bodies in the water. Feels kind of like being in a gross soup. There's not much shade unless you've booked a cabana. They have misters installed around the pool, but people are usually blocking them.

Food is actually... Not bad. The pricing is about the same as elsewhere on the strip, and portions are ok. Drinks are stupid expensive (like $25 for a vodka Red Bull) and are mixed poorly. One of our girls purchased a drink in a reusable plastic cup and found out it was $65 LMAO

NOTE: Bring the absolute minimum. Swimsuit, sunnies, cover-up. Most things security will toss due to risk of breaking into shards and getting stepped on (glass, plastic) and the lockers are $70+.

Parked at Wynn and it is connected to Encore. Love the decor and and restaurants. Didn't get to try anything at encore since we have AYCE and coffee break at Wynn before coming here. Will definitely check it out next time.

Encore Beach Club felt like a dream!! Hands down one of the best beach party's you can experience on the planet. I attended Kygo's first set of the summer season and it was so incredible. My soul was on fire.
