Energie Fitness Club

Small center with few amenities. They have a good cardio area and free weights but not many weight machines. It's pretty clean and the staff are nice.

Love it here! Very family friendly and reasonable rates. Plus they were very understanding when I put my membership on hold after having my kids!

I have been a member for just over a year, although haven't been for a few weeks so interested in how the new owner is doing.


It was a bit of a shambles at times, the showers not working, the changes rooms a bit unkempt, the sauna long promised and not delivered etc etc BUT the atmosphere is very nice, the fitness staff are well trained and helpful and the classes good. It's well priced and centrally located but needs to up the ante a bit to meet its potential. I wish the new people well.

I've only joined for 3weeks and come regularly, and all the staff were very welcoming, very friendly, and the facilities were lovely. I felt very comfortable training, and never found it hard to approach any of the staff and managers.

I put on a review here going back some time ago of what I felt the service was like and I got calls from the manager saying that it was apparently unprofessional to put on a review like that which did not say anything more than what I felt. I took it off in courtesy thinking that maybe I will be offered a better service but instead I got a debt collectors letter because I stopped my direct debit which I thought was finished. I was told I will be given a discout if I introduced someone and I never did, so instead of telling me that I can get money off I was sent a debt collectors letter and now apparently will be taken to county court judgement. I do not recommend this gym at all and recommend fitness for less down the road or York Hall in bethnal green with much better value for money. I am doing exercises myself and have lost more weight than going to gym and waiting for equipment to be free and sauna to be fixed when I have been there.

great gym open early plenty of space , i love the free clases you get with the membership the staff are very helpfull
