Phoned F. E. P. when my gas boiler broke last Tuesday 22/03/16. So far I've had to sit in all day on Thursday with no hot water or heating, the company didn't even bother to let us know that the engineer was not coming. Phoned up on Friday for an update and was told the engineer phoned in sick and someone would definitely be out on Saturday, so we sat in all day Saturday only to be phoned in the afternoon by a engineer to say he would be out on Tuesday with a new part even though no one has actually examined the boiler, but the engineer must be psychic. It is now Tuesday (29/03/16) evening and we are still waiting for the engineer whom the receptionist assured us would be here as we were on "Wee Willies list" for today I wonder if that's his Christmas list . I would not recommend this company to anyone as they just seem to take your money and don't care whether you have heating or not I feel as though I've been robbed. And I am still without heating or hot water. I wouldn't even give them the 1 star.

First rate service, being a new customer and called in breakdown, fault diagnosed and part fitted next day, can't ask for a better service than that. Well done and wish every company was as easy to deal with.
