Needed a case for my FONE... Against my better judgement and previous reviews, I went against my initial feelings of boycotting this business due to the owners replies to reviews and his lack of appreciation for his potential customers.
I found that they had 2 cases w features I was looking for. Another customer was there being helped and with only one employee out to help I left without making a purchase or getting questions answered to order what I was looking for.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Infos zum Inhaber

I am very sorry you did not get helped properly when you visited our store! We always do our best to bounce between customers and provide the best service possible. We have reviewed our scheduling and floor coverage, as well as made "bouncing between customers so that everyone gets helped" a topic of our most recent monthly meeting due to your unsatisfactory experience in this area! We have also made it a policy of not sorting out our customer issues publicly on these sites; partially due to your previous comments. Thank you again for your time, and I am sorry we could not earn your business upon your visit to our store.
13. März 2015Vorheriger BeitragI've never stopped in here but have considered it. After reading the multitude of negative reviews I was leery of setting foot here. However, I know my experience may vary and was considering checking this place out.
What really sealed the deal for me to never drop a dime here is the way the owner has responded to his negative yelp reviews. His condescending, passive aggressive, arrogant attitude will be the downfall of his business. No customer wants to be treated as inferior, stupid or unappreciated and yet he has accomplished all of this just in his rebuttals/writings.
I for one will never support a local business who treats the locals like idiots. You speak of the big corporations and why local business fail due to the internet/global economy, BUT, YOU sir will be the reason your business will fail... For as smart and intelligent your responses are, your lack of customer service/is always right (swallow your pride, don't chase them away) you have proven to me your are the biggest VILLAGE IDIOT of all.
Take a lesson from SETH and his team at Mobile Madness and treat your customers with respect and appreciation and they will flock to see you. It's no surprise he has been successful for many years here in the valley.

Excellent service. I first inquired with several businesses through the yelp app. Face It was the first company to react and sent the friendliest and most informative message. Their price matched the competitors' price.
My cracked iPhone 6 screen was repaired in less than two hours - significantly faster than I anticipated. I got an email informing me that the order was ready. Great customer service and FAST service too! My iPhone had a broken screen and it was fixed 1 hour before they said it would be. Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the personalized and professional service at Face It. Had a Samsung Note 4 do a face plant into a rock this morning. Screen was badly cracked with about 20% of it working. Face it had a replacement screen in stock and was able to install it the same day. I asked for a quick turn around if possible to save me a drive back the next day. I went shopping in the area and they called me within 2 hours to let me know I could pick it up.
The device now works exactly as before. Other shops in the area could only offer this service at $60 more and about a weeks time to get the part in. Maybe it was just luck that Face It had the part in stock. What wasn't luck was the speed and professionalism of their service.

I have been using this store since it was chat cat and have always had amazing luck with them fixing my phone and iPads. I have always bought my screen savers and phone protectors here and they are always friendly and happy to help me find what I need! From one business owner to another, I'm always thankful for small businesses and try to give back! Go by for all of your phone and media needs! You won't be disappointed!

This was my first time at the Face It store and I was impressed by the selection and prices. It was hard to choose. Usually I buy my phone accessories at the phone store and get frustrated by the lack of selection. The customer service from Carissa grizzle was outstanding. She was kind helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you Carisa and Face It.

I have to update my review because the phone sold to me by Face It! to replace the one they broke has a bad battery. I didn't go back in, frankly, because I'm sick of the hassel and the excuse making every time I go in there. Although when I first got the phone it was pretty bad, it has gotten worse over the last few days. At this point my phone has been unplugged from power for about 30min and I've been using it to browse Facebook. The battery is at 14%. I've done everything I can to minimize battery use, but nothing makes a difference. In the time it took to type this, my battery charge is now at 8%. This is ridiculous and I'm going to have to buy a brand new phone, which I never intended to do, because this one is pretty much useless.

I am very sorry for this situation. We do our best to provide the best experience possible. Unfortunately, repairs on phones that have liquid damage are never covered under any warranty because future issues can arise with any device that has liquid damage. Although it is in our written disclaimer (we have expanded our written explanation with more detail due to this situation), and policy is to go over it verbally with each customer, we will make sure that we are making that more verbally clear in the future through more staff training.
I am sorry that we did not properly explain the defective part issue. Currently China is going through economic issues, and since most (if not all) cellphone parts come from China, there has been a higher rate of defectives lately. In our experience this is happening through all suppliers and all repair shops. But, we do back up our parts and labor with a 90 day warranty on non-liquid damage phones, and our technicians have gone through extensive training and have certification as such.
We did make an exception and attempt to repair the phone under warranty since it appears we had a defective part. When we could not do this we offered a phone purchase at below our cost.
Again, I am sorry we were not able to properly portray our compassion for you, our customer. I can assure you that our staff feels these issues deeply. We are always frustrated for our customers when there is bad news to give regarding your personal phone, which we have all come to rely on so immensely these days.

Sept. 2015Vorheriger BeitragI HATE giving bad reviews, and I've done my best to find the good in this place. Every time I've come in, I've gotten great customer service. I can't complain about the staff here at all, and the company as a whole really seems to have the whole process behind their business down.
I originally came in to have my shattered screen repaired. I was upfront with them about previous water damage, and they returned my phone to me in great condition; the first time.
A couple of weeks later I had to come back for a follow-up repair because the replacement glass was lifting at the top. Hey, shit happens, right? It's fine. They did the repair at no cost. I was informed that the glass for iPhones is in such high demand that they are sourced through a Chinese company whose adhesive is sub-par. Ok, whatever... just fix it.
Repeat this process twice. Upon pick-up for the third repair my phone was broken. The back light was permanently dim. I was informed that the problem was due to the internal water damage. This was the first I had heard of water damage causing potential issues with the repair. Apparently, according to the very nice employee, this damage had been exacerbated by the frequent re-opening of the casing. Yeah.
So now I have a phone that isn't working, due, it would seem, to their inability to source a quality replacement piece.
The best they could do for me was offer to send me away with my phone as-is, or to replace it for $75 with an equivalent iPhone 5.
They talked me into buying the new phone, which they sold to me at cost, because the water damage would eventually cause problems down the line.
Now... I know. The water damage was my fault, however, I feel I would have gotten a lot more mileage out of this phone had it not bee for their bad part sourcing. Maybe I'm being unfair. I have considered bumping their rating up to 3 stars, because believe me, I know shit goes wrong when repairing electronics. I'm just hoping that the cumulative effects of several bad reviews lights a fire under their butts, forcing them to get better about where they get their products from.
Final side note, their inventory manager was there while I was making my complaint. She asked my a bunch of questions that I could tell were more geared at writing a bunch more disclaimers into their contract, rather than trying to fix my problem. She had a very off-putting, cold, business woman attitude, that made my complaint less of a personal thing and more of a numbers thing. I get it, but at least fake some kind of compassion. The whole transaction was very heartless and corporate.
I came away from this whole deal with a desire to warn away iPhone users from getting their screen replaced here. Take a nice drive up to Portland instead and get it done by people who know what they're doing. All told I've wasted more time at Face It! than I would have driving back and forth to the nearest Apple store. Just today alone, I've wasted about 4 hrs here. Was recommended to got to Face It by my local cell store with an issue with charging my phone. Was greeted at the door by a friendly clerk who took my phone and checked my phone and was able to fix the problem at no charge. Within 5 min. I was a satisfied customer out the door.
