The food is always delicious, and the service is prompt and friendly. My date last night really enjoyed the chicken wings and the PORK BANH BÁO.

I've popped in just foe desserts and coffee and have never been disappointed.

Overall a great place for a couple of out of towners. Whenever I'm traveling with my good friend, we always look for a place at least offers some vegetarian options. This fit the bill and as we were driving from Pittsburgh, we made plans to stop by.

We came on a Monday evening and they were actually really busy but we were lucky to get a seat right away. Just an overall fun ambience there. Very friendly staff and it just felt like a nice and comfortable place. It's also within a block of a park that has an amazing view of downtown Cleveland. Food was great! We shared a few small plates. Everything we got was delicious and definitely would return in the future!

no one does it like fat cats. cool menu, consistently good service, good vibes. the steak sandwich is a favorite of mine, i prefer their sweet potato fries to the regular ones. do a walk over to camp cleveland and witness a spectacular view of the city while you're there.

And the last stop of the Cleveland Ohio trip was Fat Cats. I had the Arroz Caldo from the show and he had a hanger steak. I thought it was good but not spectacular. We split a cheesecake which was really good tho.

I had such high hopes for this place. The restaurant looks so cozy from out outside, so eclectic inside, I was hoping for simply amazing lunch. The staff was super polite and very attentive. The lady that greeted us in the front room had a very good idea of what was happening and invited us to sit at the bar while our table was getting ready. My friend order dishes they enjoyed, ribeye sandwich and fried chicken were great according to them. Unfortunately, my burger fell short. It was plain and messy. The burger patty was so plain that I had to request other condiments to finish it. Fries were more soggy than crisp. Luckily, I also order butternut squash soup which was very good.
The parking situation can be tricky. The restaurant has a very small parking lot and the street parking is limited.

Fat Cats is a great spot with awesome food and a super laid-back vibe. Brunch here, which you can catch only on Saturdays, is something you don't want to miss. The kimchi potatoes are a game-changer - absolutely the best around and my top recommendation. Although I'm always on the lookout for biscuits and gravy, my go-to brunch choice, and it's a bummer they don't have it, those kimchi potatoes are enough to keep me coming back. Despite the absence of this classic dish, the unique flavors and the warm, inviting atmosphere of Fat Cats ensure that every visit is delightful and keeps me eager for my next brunch date there.

We were in the neighborhood and decided to follow in Guy Fieri's footsteps so we stopped into Fat Cats. I guess we picked a good day to go because we were seated right away. I really liked the decor, there were pieces of art work on the wall that I believe could be purchased.
I normally order a burger if they're on the menu but the waitress recommended I try the chicken sandwich. Overall I thought it was fine, it had a unique batter. It reminded me of what a hush puppy is fried in. I really enjoyed the aioli sauce that was on it. It came with sweet potato fries that were cold may have just been a busy day in the kitchen.
I would give an award to our waitress as she was great and was very patient with our friend that wanted to purchase a hat. She even brought over the options for her to see. I'd give Fat Cats another try, definitely a cool spot if you're in the area.

A decent food option in a central location, with parking options around! The food is tasty, nothing extraordinary but does the job.

My only gripe about this place is how they call their bao buns banh báo. Banh báo are a Vietnamese dish that are enclosed-not even close to what is served on the menu besides the flour being used. There's nothing Vietnamese about this dish and it makes me wonder why the people that created the menu would name the buns that. Though, the flavors were good and I contemplated ordering more.

The caldo arroz bowl was also tasty, especially for a cool fall day. It reminded me of dishes I would eat when I was younger. The dish was simple, hearty and nourishing.

I'd try other restaurants before coming back here. However, it's a good option for anyone curious!
