We really like this Hungry Horse, the portions and selection are as wide as you would expect in any Hungry Horse but the serviceis impeccable. The bar staff are really friendly, and the food is well-cooked and served promptly. I would highly recommend this pub. They also offer Karoke evenings and Curry Evenings.

I had my dinner at hungry horse this saturday I'm so hungrey I thought we can have good food there but the atmospear and food totally rubbish. I so the standard from there menu. The menu leaflet itself so dirty and felthy. The food was tottaly worste not value for the money. They have improve the service and the food standard. I was totally disappointed. The smash patato which i had that day taste strange my opinion none of the food were fresh. plz inform the mangement to improve the standard. thank you

Like the Chequers in Houghton Regis, this pub is distinctly formulaic (like each and every Hungry Horse in the UK) and so distinctly average, but I think the service is slightly above that of its Houghton Regis counterpart. Again, the staff do make an impact on the atmosphere being very courteous and efficient, and it's somehow more pleasing my senses - but the fact remains that it's a Hungry Horse chain pub, so please don't expect anything other than average food. But the service and decor do elevate it. Prices are reasonable.
