The most important quality of a hotel for me is its cleanliness; from bedsheets to carpet, and from all counters to entire bathroom. And that's what this hotel stands.
The Marriott in Frankfurt is located in convenient location where everything is within your reach - closest Bahn(like subway) station is 2 minutes walk, Café in 5 minutes, mall/shopping center is 10-15min, convenient store/pharmacy in 6 minutes. Perfect for travelers who like to have a worry free trip with great coffee and dining in walkable distance.
Great view from my room, and it's a very quiet room. Thanks for the concierge to arrange high floor. I like quiet for the room.
There's business center downstairs and sauna on the first floor, complimentary for check-in customers.
Price range surely on the high side, though couple days of peace and sanity are money can't buy :)Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 18. Feb. 2023
Service was first class. Amazing views. And the M-Club makes this a definite destination.
Happy Hour at the club from 630-8 (maybe earlier). Amazing bread pudding, cheeses, Apple strudel, 4 German Pilsners on tap and alcohol free beers available as well!
Italian wines, French sparkling wine and more. They do the food and beverage right!!!
Location is excellent!! A cart selling glue Wine and frankfurters across the street. Central Park going on 3 directions. And oh, yeah-Goete University Frankfurt is steps away.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Garrett A.San Diego, Vereinigte Staaten14716314. Jan. 2023
From the airport, you can ride the S8 or S9 train (downstairs near Terminal1) to Frankfurt Hauptbanhof and then walk across the street and catch the 16 or 17 light rail, which drops you off right in front of the hotel. In all, takes about 45 minutes. Or, take a taxi! If you take public transport, easiest to buy a one day Frankfurt card online for about €11.
Hotel is nice with great views. The elite lounge is excellent. They serve breakfast and dinner 7x a week.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Syd H.Austin, Vereinigte Staaten0621016. März 2023
A really great option connected to terminal 1. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The AC systems people complain about are indeed not great but you can open the windows which is nice. The hotel bar is really great as well with limited food options. There are multiple restaurants however. There is also a reasonably priced massage shop connected.

It was the first time I stayed at this hotel and? attended an event this week, and loved it. Located a short distance from the city center of Frankfurt this is a 43 Storey hotel and business plaza.
I was on the 32nd floor with sweeping city views and a really nice room. The bed was excellent and the room was well appointed. Staff here were super friendly and welcoming. The conference center was very good and the food served was of a high standard.
The atmosphere here is excellent and the breakfast choices plenty. The room rate was quite reasonable and the wifi worked well. All in all a great experience I would happily repeat again.
I would recommend this hotel for a stay or a conference. The location is great and the service is good.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 19. Juni 2017
Large hotel conveniently located a few tram stops from Frankfurt Main station.
The rooms are decent size and nice decor (except for the carpet, ugly color). The bathrooms are om the small side and dont have ventilation.
They have an executive lounge on 43rd floor where you can get some breakfast and drinks.
The elevators in this hotel are pretty bad. You can wait for 5+ min for one to show up and then it makes a ton of stops. Uncomfortably long wait for these things.
For the price, its a decent option and has an ok location.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jeremy S.Encinitas, Vereinigte Staaten9091260231229. Sept. 2016
The Frankfurt Marriott is actually a great property with a nice centralized location within Frankfurt proper. This place is located right across from the convention center and is within ample walking distance to all of the downtown Frankfurt attractions. This place is huge and has extremely well appointed guest rooms and a nice chic decor. The thing that really sets this particular Marriott aside from the rival ms is the concierge lounge, this lounge is located on the top floor and really provides fantastic views. Overall, not a bad spot.
Pros-

Cons-

I am a lifetime platinum Marriott member (that means 12+ years of at least 75 nights a year) and recently had a room booked here for a business trip. Unbeknownst to me, the room had a 21 day cancelation penalty where they charged 90% of the total potential bill for a cancelation. In 20+ years of business travel, I've never heard of such a thing but apparently they do that here.
When my meeting in Frankfurt was cancelled a few weeks prior to my planned stay, I called both the Marriott platinum line and the hotel to try to get at least a partial refund. The corporate people were sympathetic but stated it was up to the hotel. After several frustrating attempts to communicate with the hotel, they made it very clear they could care less and charged me almost $2000 for multiple nights for a room I never used. Not the first night, which is the normal practice for a no-show, but for the whole week. And of course it was a busy week so we know someone else paid for that room too.
Horrible business practices at this hotel and I've already rebooked my next trips to Frankfurt at the Hilton where I will stay next week when I'm back to Frankfurt again. I'm honestly rethinking my loyalty in general to Marriott but in any case, I will never again stay at this Frankfurt hotel which apparently seems intent on greedily squeezing every nickel they can out of their most loyal customers.

Just an update. Stayed at the Hilton in Frankfurt this week and it was fantastic. Friendly staff, large comfortable rooms and there was an issue with my reservation and check in time that they quickly resolved and also upgraded me to the executive floor for my problems. Hotel is in a better location too.
The Hilton on Hochstrasse will be my new Frankfurt Hotel for my frequent trips to the area. Sorry I didn't try it earlier but I highly recommend it over this hotel and their dubious business practices.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - StephdCrustPizza A.New York, Vereinigte Staaten211306428. Wonderful. This hotel is in walking areas and has its own little bar downstairs. They have a bar and grill and a little bistro as well if you prefer to watch a game or sit and have dinner. The staff are excellent and always helpful. This is by far the best hotel in Frankfurt.
