The Palast is by far the most popular theater in Berlin. Every year, over half a million guests experience show entertainment of the highest quality on the largest stage on earth. The Sunday Times acknowledges the Palast as the "Las Vegas in Berlin." The world's biggest ensuite shows involving over 100 artists and a team of 60 people working behind the scenes are performed here. The Palast in Berlin is the first choice for those wishing to experience something utterly unique and thoroughly fascinating--as well as for international visitors who do not speak German. The venue and stage set up is great. Don't think you could get a bad seat if you tried. I visited the theater to see the Arise show.
The show itself was just fine. They mixed German and English which, as an English speaker, I liked. The storytelling itself was quite odd. It was almost like the mystical, nonsensical nature of a cirque show but still odd. From what I gathered there's a photographer who lost his 'muse' as well as time and a 4th character who I couldn't discern what her name is.
It's also much more of a singing/can-can performance than stunts like acrobatics.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kifah A.Berlin2823837020. Nov. 2015
I was here to watch the show "into the wyld".....A colossal Variete show with many stunning acrobatics, aesthetically perfect bodies, and a wonderful stage.
The show and the location are almost perfect, it is very easy to find your seats, and the staff seems friendly and very service oriented.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Simon W.West Hollywood, Vereinigte Staaten0723. Feb. 2020
I don't know how people manage to sit in those seats for a whole show without suffering, maybe a DDR experience they're going for... Worst is the extremely rude and unhelpful staff! I wouldn't recommend this place don't think any show would be worth it!

The Wyld Show is really good, I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the dog show they threw into it, a real waste

The show at Friedrichstadt-Palast is extremely awesome. I wasn't sure if it was going to be dancing people or like cirque de solei but it was an amazing combination of ballet, acrobatics and dancing. You will be impressed, hands down.

If you're looking for a theater/entertainment experience DO NOT GO HERE! The current show (Nov. 2013) exemplified the worst choreography, design, class, etc. that I have ever seen. Yes, I may be spoiled with Cirque D'Soleil but this show was less than memorable. Of the entire show, there were only two good acts: Female Giant Ring Acrobat act followed by Asian/Mexican Male acrobats. I highly suggest seeking an alternate activity as Berlin has so much to offer but this certainly isn't one!
