I've had my hair done here a couple of times now. There's a really friendly and relaxed vibe; it's not particularly cheap but going there feels like a treat rather than a chore - there's posh biscuits with the coffee (latte, cappuccino, bog standard, you name it) or you can have wine. Cut and blow-dry with a middle-ranking stylist is £42 - Sarah does it beautifully and gives loads of styling tips, which is (oddly) pretty rare among hair stylists in my experience.


As far as I'm aware they don't offer beauty treatments but I can't see that's a reason not to go there.

I've been going there for years. Really good, and great with kids too. It's relaxing and friendly, really nice.

I have been there twice, to be honest I found the salon expensive and intimidating. My hair did look nice and the staff were fairly professional, but seemed a bit snooty and did not make me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was as if they only wanted a certain type of client i.e very rich, or very young and trendy. There are other several other salons in Whitchurch, which I have visited and had a much more positive experience.

I have been a regular customer of this salon for the past 5 years. Wanted to say thank you to all of the staff for making my visits so enjoyable. From the warm welcome I receive, the relaxing head massage given by the assistants when washing my hair, the personal attention given by the creative stylists, who never disappoint. I would definitely recommend.

After a long time having had mediocre and to be honest unsatisfactory haircuts for various reasons, I had begun to despair of ever feeling remotely good about my hair or finding a hairdresser that could (as I saw it) have the ability to cut wavy hair!!!
My last haircut prior to my appointment with Terry last Saturday consisted of three haircuts in one!!
In 'desperation' I thought I will give the salon a try on the basis of having driven past and thought it looked a nice place (hardly scientific research eh?! But remember I am at my wits end here!)
Anyone reading any of the negative comments about this salon please ignore them after making my appointment I read the reviews about the 'snobby attitude' and bad service began to think maybe I had been a bit hasty and that the salon wasn't really for me.. ALL COMPLETELY FALSE really lovely people put you at ease and a good haircut into the bargain!
I now have a proper haircut I can manage and that is such a huge step forward for me! That probably seems a little bit of an understatement it's not the improvement is amazing!
Really great salon will be a regular customer for the foreseeable. No doubt it isn't the cheapest salon, however for me the value is more than worth the cost - I feel already is well worth it!
I dreaded my visit, but now look forward to the next one! Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
