Great cocktails! Food is fine, but I go there for the drinks. ;)
Staff is friendly, it is a tiny place, be there early to get a place or just have a drink whilst waiting. :)

Maybe good for drinks, but not for food. We had the nachos con queso that was too greasy and the chicken wings were served with something like barbecue sauce but not good at all, had to dump them in ketchup.

Great little Mexican restaurant located next to the Rosenheimer station. I am originally from The States, however, live just outside of London and Mexican food is next to impossible to find in England, so we decided to try this place while we were in Munich for Oktoberfest. The food was good but not as good as the Mexican food you can get in The States. It fulfilled the craving.

We each ordered the fajitas and each plate serves up about 3 fajitas. The tortillas were soft and plentiful (unlike in the states where they give you like 3 at a time and you have to keep asking for more). The staff is very friendly, however, they spoke little to no English. Fortunately, the German menu contained enough English/Spanish words for us to decipher what the meals contained.

The restaurant has an extensive drink menu, with happy hour all night long (5 euro drinks). One thing to note is that they do not open until 5pm Monday through Saturday and open at 6pm on Sunday (if I remember correctly). While they have a spot on their website for reservations, they are not required and we were able to walk in around 8pm and get a table at the bar. We were at the restaurant for a couple hours and it was never completely full. The staff (one server and one bartender) were able to serve the entire restaurant for the full time we were there.

Dress is casual - jeans and nice top will suit you just fine here.

During the summer months, there are few places that are more satisfying for outdoor cocktail sipping than at La Hacienda. I recommend timing it so you hit happy hour, from 17:00-19:00 and 22:00-Closing, or Sunday all night long.

The drinks menu is extensive and well thought out in that it presents a wide menu of classic cocktail and tropical drink options. I recommend the Singapore Sling. The Mai Tai is inadvisable, unless you like your drink sickeningly sweet. All the usual suspects are listed. It is worth a special note, for all you whiskey drinkers out there, and those that want to be, that Four Roses bourbon may be had here as well.

I generally say that when you are this far from Mexico you don't have to be that close to the authenticity.... But then I had some of the best mexican food ever in Australia... I digress.

This is a nice little place, roomy enough with indoor and outdoor seating and a good bar area with a few tables.

No English menu of course, so I ordered the not so mexican fajita dish, with pollo. And avocado dip (guacamole) on the side. It came out as a large stuffed quesadilla instead, so I had the filling which was good but missing any kick and their only choice for hot sauce was vinegar (tabasco).

Two types of tequila brands, with white and brown options :) yes I should just be drinking beer while in Munich.

Overall I can't complain, service was good, no american express, large selection of Americanized then germanized Mexican food.... However in relative terms I bet this is the best mexican in Munich. Good job guys!

If they want to improve.... Get some better tequila options and teach the customers about the wide range, and get some home made salsas to create a richer experience.

It was close to our hotel and we had burrito and steak, both of them was reaaly good... Small but lovely place...
