Costume Warehouse/ Phantom Halloween

Lots of dollar store merch marked at 6.99, was bitten by several mosquitoes while in the store. Was followed by staff throughout my visit, I don't have a large bag and I am an older lady who is now itchy due to store bugs.

My brother needed a donkey kong costume and every where else it is super expensive but here it is cheap and a nice man named Omar gave us a disscount.

It was the week before Halloween, and my daughter and I needed last minute Halloween costumes. Many choices for the kids and overall one of the best costume stores all year round. Definitely making a stop year round with the family during the October months.

I want to first start off by giving a big thank you to Omar he was extremely helpful and attentive! By far one of the best costume stores I've been to in the valley had everything I needed and the costume I bought fit me just right thanks again! You guys have such an awesome team!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Called 3 times right now and the guy picks up and says 'PHANTOM HALLOWEEN STORE WERE OPEN TILL 10 COME CHECK US OUT' and then clicks lmao say hello atleast dipshit

Went earlier today after having dinner at Kopan ramen in the same shopping center. Got there at exactly 5pm when this rude guy (don't know if he was the manager) rudely asked my boyfriend and I what we needed in such a bad tone, I told him we were just going to look around. He automatically said we're closing in 45 minutes as if my boyfriend and I were going to stay that long in the shop for. I work in customer service and never ever greet people the way he does. No wonder the store was empty who would wanna shop there with such rude customer service. We literally left. I rather pay Amazon than deal with some rude customer service. Forget this place, please go somewhere else or shop Amazon. Even my boyfriend was like what is wrong with this guy. Smh.

Over priced! Everything they have is more then 50% off on amazon. I got a cheap baby shark for 50$ and it is 20$ on Amazon.
They don't care about anything except letting you know 100 times that you can't return anything.
Just buy online.

Horrible customer service!! If you can go somewhere else, please do. "The manager", Dieter, is so condescending and rude that I could not believe he actually works there. Instead of helping to resolve a customer's issue with another rude employee, he instead belittled her and was antagonizing her as she was leaving.

Hey corporate!! If you want to keep this store open, re-evaluate who you have in your local management.

Come on man, everything in here is way over priced for how dirty, old, and just cheaply made it is. You might as well shop for a costume at the target or something
