I was moderately pleased with this spot, especially considering that we are in Germany. I've tried making Mexican with products bought on the economy and let me tell you, it was not easy!

The food: 3/5 stars. The chips provided were stale, but the salsas had some seriously delicious flavor. The salsa verde had a really nice kick to it. I would not advise that you order the guacamole tho. It was very tasty, but you got about 2 tbsp worth for 2.50 Euro. Not even close to worth it. I got the combination platter so I could try a bit of everything. The food was all a little one note, but a tasty note. It was all smothered in cheese and sour cream, which is nice, but overwhelming. The meat was amazing in all the different dishes and the quesadilla was on point. All in all, decent Mexican food.

The issues: the wait time (1/5 stars)...there is really no excuse for two people's dinner to take over an hour and a half to make it to the table. The wait was insane, considering there just weren't that many people in the restaurant. We might have ordered two combo platters, but most of the food on them just doesn't take that long to assemble. Plus our server was non-existent for most of our meal, which is always frustrating when you have nothing to drink for 30 minutes.

Price: not too bad, but like I said, watch the guacamole.

Overall it wasn't the best Mexican I've had out here, wasn't the worst. But I doubt I'd drive so far to have it again when I can get the equivalent closer to Landstuhl. Worth trying tho, if it's close to you.

I've heard that this place is very good. And I'd love to try it. Part of their appeal is that they *supposedly* offer delivery service (which they have confirmed they do). Having one car and a husband that works nights, that is very convenient . However, I've tried 4 separate times this last month to place an order, and every single time they've said they can't do it *that* day. Even today, when I called right at opening time to verify that it would be available today, they assured me that it was. However, since I like to eat around 7:30 and not 5, I opted to order later. When I called at 7 pm they said that the driver left. Had I known that it was only available at 5, I would have made for other arrangements. But being assured that it was available, I was confident that I would be *finally* trying this food I've heard so much about.

I would like to rate their food, I'm sure it's very good. Unfortunately, I wouldn't know. And based on their shoddy customer service, I doubt I will ever want to attempt again.

This is one of my favorite mexican restaurants. The Food is very good and authentic. I drive there all the way from Wiesbaden. Love the Cocktails, which i havent seen anywhere else. Michelada and Beer- Ritas. I like eating good Quality Food and enjoy my evening here. Ask for a mexican breakfast on sundays. Awesome. Beans and eggs and a michelada.

Recently opened about 3 months ago. Very good Mexican food cooked by real people from Mexico. That is always a good sign. This is not the TexMex of the States as the owner is from way down South. Food was tasty and fresh.

STAY AWAY!!! Order your drinks fast, the service here is lacking. Took about 25min to get our drinks! Your beer/drinks will be warm by the time you get them. Food is mediocre even for German Mexican food standards. They realized they lost our food ticket/order after we had been sitting around for little over an hour!

Not your traditional tex mex. But more authentic Mexican restaurant. The fajitas are very good

Service wasn't good. By far the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Waited two and a half hours for food. The taco shells they used were bought from the store (I buy the same ones). For what I paid I feel robbed of my money and my time. People from the southwest would cry if they are here.

Food is decent. We've been four times and three times the wait was long even for German standards. They totally forgot my kids meal TWICE and we had to remind them repeatedly. I do agree with most that if it wasn't for the long wait time the experience would be good. We are going to give it one more try .......... If they take more then 45 mins, we will never return!

I've been to this restaurant several times and was very disappointed on my last visit. I ordered the tostada appetizers with varied meat selections. As far as I could tell they were covered with the same dry meat and nearly tasteless beans. This is the second time they claimed to be out of ground beef because of a high demand from earlier in the evening. I tried to combat the dryness with extra salsa for which they charged me 2 Euros for something the size of a thimble. When I asked for sour cream the waiter seemed confused and then returned to say they didn't have sour cream. When I got the bill a tip had already been added. The funny thing is that I would have given more than what was on the bill but felt less inclined after the 4 Euro charge for Salsa and very less than standard included tip. Very disappointed. I wonder if they changed their cook. I've had some really good meals there but if this keeps up I won't be back.
