The parking in this store is a bit of a nightmare as there is not enough spaces for the amount of people visiting especially at the weekends.
Inside the store it is sometimes difficult to find what you are looking for as there is not enough signage around. when you do find what you are looking for the shelves are generally well stocked.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, they are all in uniform and are well presented.
Upstairs there are displays for kitchens, bathrooms etc but not enough room to show them in full and seems to look quite cramped.
All in all a reasonable diy store that i am happy to use.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (katseb…)Redhill, Vereinigtes Königreich511420. Nov. 2008
I have come to that stage of my life where I actually enjoy wandering around a DIY store! They have a really good selection of paints here, and definately worth a visit to look at the selection of christmas decorations (I have brought a few bits already!) There is an upstairs as well which has some good kitchen accessories.
Staff always seem very helpful, I went the other week and a member of staff gave me some great advice about how to unblock my toilet (4 year old thought he was the andrex puppy!)
Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, especially on the 10% off days.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (khy8…)Redhill, Vereinigtes Königreich986126. Nov. 2008
Rather large and cateres for everything you would need from a DIY store. The sections are clearly marked and whatever you want, if pretty straight forward to find.
The only problem is the parking and the entrance itself. Located between a train station and a college, at times it can be quite difficult parking in a good spot.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
