Hookahloopa Lounge

I loved this place when I went! Their hookah was awesome! The prices were good and the ambient was chill. The lights were very dim and my friends and I had such a good time. I will definitely be going again!

I love this hookah lounge, why? First, its because they have a very good place, laid back and have a very good ambiance, second is they have a very very good service. John and all the servers were really good at it especially they are aware on everything i can see that of course, the hookah is.. you just really need to try it. Some of them are not that good, duh some hookah lounge serve nasty hookahs . What do u expect? Its just that u need to try something new. But im telling you, i had fun on this place, John were very nice to us, he has this exellent service! You cant really find a good place like this in queens. Very nice! When you decide to go here, you just need to think what kind of hookah to order, or ask the servers which do they prefer. So you wont get disappointed. But most of the hookahs here are great!! I would love to come back here!

For what looks like a hole in the wall this place is really nice. The first time I went with two of my friends, we were expecting a very small lounge but when we were led to the lounge area we were surprised. It was pretty spacious and the decor was beautiful. The booths/seating area were cushioned and had an array of throw pillows, super cozy. A great place to relax.

The hookah was pretty good. They had a decent variety. I've been back several times and have tried a few of the flavors they offer. The flavors can be mild, but they are still very tasty and pleasing.

The staff is excellent and are very on top of everything. I've never had to wait long for anything I've asked for any of the times I have been there. The prices really aren't that bad, they are a little pricier than some places but if you live in the area sometimes it's better than traveling to some place cheaper.

I came here a few weeks ago and have been meaning to write a review for this place but haven't gotten around to doing it until now. Any way, the atmosphere is relatively nice and calm here. Very laid back, just the kind of setting you want to sit back and enjoy a hookah in. The food here is really good as well. Lloyd was very nice when introducing himself and spends all his time in the kitchen preparing all food orders and Gigi is so cool to talk to. Actually, the entire staff is really friendly. The prices are fair and they have an incredible selection of flavors. They definitely experiment with different flavor combinations and they come out being really good. They also give you hookah's with a clear hose and I've always recommended clear hoses to my friends because you can see soot and dirt building up in the hose over time. They either clean the hoses and pipes really well or they give you new hoses every time. It was definitely an enjoyable experience. Overall, I would recommend this place to over any of the other places in Astoria and if you don't want to venture out to the city for quality hookah or want to avoid the city crowds, this place is the place to be. Good food, good shisha, good people, what more can you ask for?

I'm surprised by some of the harsh reviews here. I've been here multiple times in the past two years or so and the staff has always been attentive and friendly. There are so many hookah flavors. The atmosphere is really laid-back. The chicken gyro is delicious and I daresay one of my favorites ever -- the chicken is so tender and perfectly seasoned!

I went here as my post graduation celebration with two of my friends. I found the staff very friendly, I see they serve food but we did not order any, but it looked very yummy. They have so many different flavors, and you can add milk or ice to the shisha for a different effect :).
Monday-Thursday its $20/hookah and 3 people/hookah, very affordable. With the three of us, it lasted almost an hour. On weekends though I believe its only 2 people/hookah.
Overall I love the feel of this place, very cozy and mellow...a great escape from the club scene :) Ill definitely be back!

People here are soo nice! Great service and lots of flavors to choose from, heard they have food now! Seating is private, which in my opinion is great

This place is quite possibly one of the best hookah places i ve ever been to in all my years of doing hookah anyways the owner Lloyd is a very cool dude The hookah is great and coal service are every10- 15 minutes the food is Amazing The owner actually makes his own unique hookah blends which is a plus I recommend this place to anyone and my recommendation and
favorite flavor is blue ice The only thing i have to say however is it is a little pricey even on happy hour regularall hookah is 20$ happy hour it is 15$
