Hotel Parq Central

Love this hotel having stayed here over the last several years, it's a wonderful historic oasis close to Downtown, great location, nicely restored with fun details, rooms are spotless, comfortable beds, walk in shower and complimentary robes that are a nice touch.

Amenities were awesome, the shuttle service within a 3mile radius, breakfast had a good selection, the rooftop lounge, the calm and peaceful courtyard with a fountain and rocking chairs, the solarium. Unlike the usual look a like hotels HPC is pleasantly one of a kind.

Thank you to all the superb staff who made our experience more than just a hotel stay, can't wait to go back next time.

The Hotel Parq Central is located on the east edge of downtown and the medical districts. Converted from an old hospital the renovation into a hotel is pretty amazing and it was a great place to spend the night as we went through Albuquerque.

Our room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the standard amenities you might expect. The bathroom was large for the size of the room.

The staff was efficient at check-in. The parking is a little tight and I was hesitant to park in the driveway to unload, but it all worked out.

There are a couple of great spots here for just relaxing. The courtyard off the first floor is beautiful and relaxing. You will quickly forget you are in the middle of the city. The rooftop bar is a great place to escape for the evening to enjoy the sunset and see the lights of Albuquerque at night.

We enjoyed our stay and were glad that we tried something new and away from the major brands.

Nice hotel, great location. Originally built 1926 as a hospital for the railway workers, then turned into a mental hospital. Lol. The hotel was renovated and kept neat elements from the past. Lovey hotel. The Apothecary lounge on the rooftop is amazing with great views of the city. Catch the sunset, order a handcrafted cocktail.

Solid hotel. Some say it's haunted. I say nah.

Great service, clean rooms. The continental breakfast is way better than what you find at a chain. Another perk is that the breakfast room is open all day with coffee and tea options and seating so it's a nice place to duck in to if you are looking for a break or to get a little work done.

We had a meeting here and used one of the meeting rooms on the first floor. Staff were great with getting things set up, food options were good and the food set up for the meeting was nice that it was in a different room from where we were meeting.

Fourth floor is restaurant and bar with rooftop seating. Highly recommend. Great space with good views.

This hotel has it all for us: a wonderful location right on Rte. 66 near Nob Hill and close to old town, history, elegant rooms, comfortable beds, a gorgeous lobby with adjacent seating, a very comfortable rooftop bar (inside and outside seating), with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, breakfast with a beautifully landscaped outside seating area, whirlpool. I could go on.

And i will! Because I forgot an essential piece, the staff. We were warmly welcomed, given all the information we needed, received great service in the rooftop lounge. There just hadn't been a misstep.

So, stay here.

My wife and I stay multiple times a year at PC and have for past 10-12 years, but today I had a bad experience trying to book a room directly with the hotel. I know that a business is as good (or bad) as its people, and until today I would say that our experience has been good. Care provided in trying to book a room today was unsatisfactory and I was so disappointed that I simply booked a room for several nights at a competitive hotel at a rate $50+ more/night.

Super super super friendly staff especial Sahri, very nicely updated, breakfast was complimentary with real plates and a lot yummy pastries and dishes . It seems this hotel should get more stars, we stayed in many other hotel and Airbnb and this one was great, we did not expect it much of a three star hotel so it was such a pleasant surprise. We could tell they tried to preserve and cooperate the historical aspects very well

Ummm, where do I start. I was staying at this hotel during the balloon fiesta. I left my credit card at the lounge after an exhausting day. I called to collect my card the next day and was told that the lounge had returned it to the front desk. I returned at 8 pm and asked for my card and was told it was "locked" in the safe and I could not get it until the following day at 9 am. I flew out at 8:30 am and tried to ask for my card back again, and was refused. I'm now back in California (same day), and now they REFUSE to send me my credit card... what in the actual world??? You are a 24/7 hotel and you confiscate a guests property and don't return it to them.. not to mention the attitude I got from sariah at the front desk when I asked her for my card back. I paid over 1300 dollars to stay at this place to have them refuse to give my credit card back. Fix your customer service.
