JD Sports

I was surprised to see a branch of JD Sports in St John's at Liverpool, especially considering they have a much larger (and recently refurbished branch) nearby at the much busier, more central location in the Liverpool One nearby, this store seemed to be one of the nicer and more modern stores in the St John's centre, although it still is tiny compared to the more central store.

The store its-self is much smaller than other JD Sports branches I have visited, there seemed to be a small selection of sports gear and trainers, but not really anything other than that.

The store its-self inside was like a typical JD Sports store, it was clean and modern.

One could question the need for this store, considering the huge JD Sports over 2 floors nearby in a much better and more central location, but it might be a smaller store but it still is OK and a much quieter place to shop, if this was an empty unit it would make St John's as a whole even worse so the store is a nice addition to the shopping centre, but with staff seeming more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping customers in a quiet store, and the store its-self being small meaning one would often have to go somewhere else, or use the website to buy most of what you need, I feel the store does only deserve a two-star rating on this occasion.
