Ken Shin Asian Diner

I haven't been here in years! Simply because I live and work so far and never made my way to this area. Decided to buy dinner and definitely did not disappoint. I initially wanted sushi but then decided to get salt baked shrimp and calamari and shrimp fried rice.

These dishes have so much flavor. I didn't have to add anything to it. I like it spicy so I just added some chili oil but that's my preference.

Now, I'm going to have to try their other dishes.

Found roach bottom won ton soup..would returned but got home . Will never eat there again..clean up

Fantastic tofu and lunch options. Spicier than normal which is a good thing! Lunch combo is a good value as well

Service wasn't to great my order was extended way past the 40 minute wait and also opted for me to go to the nearest store to retrieve change for $100 because they did have it

Hovering between a 3 and 4 star rating for this place because certain stuff here is a great deal, while other things not so much. If you come for the lunch specials during the week, you'll find a good price and good flavors. I really enjoyed the pad thai, but the curry and kenshin chicken were just alright. The bubble tea had an odd floral taste to it, but the sushi is pretty big and made fresh to order, plus the miso soup was perfect. The lo mein was not made with homemade noodles (more of a spaghetti noodle, I didn't really enjoy that) but the crab rangoon is awesome and so fresh.

You have to see what you like and what you don't, but this place has a pretty good sampling from different asian cuisines, and for that, I'll give it a 3.5.

After reading the reviews I decided to try this place! I got a delivery via their website.
1- The Shrimp Tempura roll was amazing. The avocado was fresh! The roll was delicious. They also gave spicy mayo on side.
2- The spicy tuna rolls were delicious!
3- SALMON tempura rolls- first timer! I didnt find the salmon fresh at all. Not a huge fan!
The lunch combo, 'curry chicken' was really bad honestly. It was tasteless and the fried rice are just brown rice lol. Wouldn't recommend at all!

Overall, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura are my fav! So 3 stars for these lunch time heroes!

PppppppP been to. The Calamari was perfectly fried. The shrimp shomai was excellent.Pineapple chicken was plentiful and excellently done. The unagi Don was perfect. And the Ken Shin beef literly melted in my mouth.ezcellent wait staff. Will be going back many times.

This a my go-to local restaurant for sushi delivery. The rolls are well priced. I love how they package their take-out rolls too, I've never had any issues with them falling apart or anything. I feel the price for the quality is just a steal as I've never had a bad sushi experience.

Also, do yourself a favor and add their Avocado Salad in your cart. It's a juicy yummy salad with basically a full avocado in it! Best part is it's so cheap.

However, I will say I'm not a huge fan of their other Chinese food. The chicken teriyaki with veggies and rice is always pretty good, but beware sometimes the chicken is dry. The best add on though is they have a small fried rice which is lightly fried for line $2! Also stay away from the hot and sour soup as it's mediocre.

I've ordered takeout from here a few times for salmon avocado sushi, dumplings, spring rolls, and milk tea, and I have never been disappointed.

Ken Shin uses a larger amount of fish in their rolls when compared to other sushi restaurants and their sushi is always fresh. The dumplings from Ken Shin are among my favorite, and their milk tea does not disappoint.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant for takeout.

I ordered take out on Saturday night. The food was ready when I got to the store to pick it up. I ordered a lot. They called me to tell me no walnuts, but I was okay with it. I just wanted extra sauce instead. The food is good. Only one that was probably disappointing was pad thai. It was kind of dry and lack flavor on the top. The bottom was better.
