Ursprünglich als Kosmetikinstitut konzipiert, entwickelte sich La Bonita zu einem modernen Dayspa mit einer Vielzahl an Anwendungen und Therapien für Gesicht und Körper. Wellness, Kosmetik, Schönheit und das Verwöhnen unserer Kunden ist unser Auftrag. Ständig erweitern wir unser Angebot um Ihnen die besten und modernsten Behandlungsmethoden anzubieten. Mit Stolz können wir sagen dass wir das umfangreichste Angebot an Schönheits- und Wohlfühlbehandlungen anbieten! La Bonita ist ein echter "Meisterbetrieb"! Alle unsere Mitarbeiter sind diplomierte Meisterinnen, hochqualifiziert , bestens ausgebildet und nehmen ständig an Seminaren und Weiterbildungen teil um immer am laufenden zu bleiben. I can not understand people who could give excellent review to this "Beauty Spa". They must be friends of the owner. This place is simply bad news. Few months ago I got gift certificate from my friend. After having the baby and not having much time for myself, I was really looking forward to nice fecial and a massage. Massage was everything but relaxing. There massage area is so loud. In the room next to me other therapist was laughing and talking really loud. I couldn't relax for a second. My therapist was ok. I didn't hate it but its far away that I would recommend it to my friends. Then comes facial...or better to say "needle work". I still feel bad thiking of it. The girl was trying to pull my pimples with needle for 20 mins. She called it Special Needle and she was assuring me that she knows what she was doing. After that facial my skin needed 2 weeks to recover. That redness and inflammation of the skin you haven't seen yet.
After all I never wanted to go there again so my husband decided to use the rest of the gift certificate. I think that he is still having a pain at his back but the thing that he hated the most is the fact that his terapist smelled on ciggarettes.
People who work there are simply poorly trained and not talking about the sell prasure (beauty products) they put on you.
I would never get close to this place again.

Dear Jelena, We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your time at our Beauty Spa. We are always open to constructive criticism but you should always stay with the truth and be objective - no personal opinions/attitudes should be involved. Our colleagues are certified Masters in what they do and all of them are non-smokers so it can't be that your therapeut smelled like cigarettes.
