Ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared, served quickly with kindness towards a traveler who only speaks a little bit of their language.
It turns out that we speak the same language when concerning food. From artisanal house-made bread to fresh accompaniments and a pretty tasty cappuccino.
I could have selected anything off the menu for breakfast as everything looked appealing. The ambiance added to the experience as energetic coffee shop vibes meet eclectic decor and a playlist provoking one to sway and smile.
I opted for the Maia - Brie cheese, Bacon, Sliced Tomato, Avocado, greens, and homemade Hollandaise sauce on house-baked brioche.
Not a crumb was left. A delightful departure from the tapas scene here in Sevilla.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Chelz D.Lee's Summit, Vereinigte Staaten106194211. Aug. 2023
Buenísimo ambiente, comida, sabor y servicio. El menú era algo complicado de entender pero el muchacho que trabaja allí de súper servicial y fue tan amable de ayudarnos y escoger lo mejor. Nos fuimos contentos. Totalmente recomendado!

Cute little place for breakfast and brunch. They have both Spanish and American offerings.
When you arrive, just grab any empty table you find. The waiter will come to your table to take your order.
And it is important to note that if you come as a group (2+ persons), the waiter prefers you place your order together. The reason for this is how they plate your orders (check out the other pictures in Yelp or Google). Also, an update from previous reviews, they ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS now.
We ordered the salmon bocadillo (Nordico), mascarpone waffle (gofre), and two coffees.
Nordico is okay. Will recommend ordering the bagel over the bocadillo. The mascarpone gofre is heaven!!! If you do not have a sweet tooth, this is more like a dessert than breakfast. The waffle is dense but soft, not fluffy/hollow like American waffles. Coffees are as expected.
This is very close to Setas and the university, so come early or during off times to avoid the lines. The place is small. They do have few chairs outside too.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 10. Juni 2019
They accept cash only. Luckily we found out right away, so I set out on a grand adventure to walk ALL the way to the Cathedral Sevilla for the closest Currency Exchange office. Trust me, EVERY step and minute was worth it.
I love that all the brunch combos are a mixture of savory and sweet. Plus they come with a LOT of high quality food, so a complete steal at the price. Both combos had a parfait, which was probably the best we've ever had anywhere. Full of oats, nuts, raisins and fruits, it almost felt like I was eating cake because it was thick and the yogurt was like the frosting. But so healthy!
The waffles are works of art, and I'm glad that they give one not smothered in Nutella and white chocolate sauce because you can actually appreciate the waffle. Each bite has a burst of sugar crystal in it, the waffle is perfectly crunchy on the outside but fluffy on the inside, and it has a pleasant bready taste.
As for the "Spanish" brunch, the toast was perfectly toasted and it's obvious the bread was home made. The brioche with goat cheese, pear, and walnuts on top was an incredible combination of sweet and nutty and savory flavors.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 89916824027. Aug. 2019
Pretty hip brunch place in Seville. My party and I came here to eat in the morning right when we got to the city. It was a nice change of pace from the tapas we had been eating for over a week. Grabbing a pretty Americanized brunch helped refresh my palette. They have a brunch menu that consists of different mains but all of the orders come with a parfait and a smoothie of the day.
I ordered the American plate which consisted of poached eggs and arugula on wheat toast with canned salmon around the egg. It was topped off with a hollandaise drizzle. The toast was a bit too hard, and the salmon was waaay too salty for my taste. The smoothie of the day was a mango/passion fruit juice with mint topped with chia seeds. I wouldn't have called it a smoothie; the consistency was definitely that of a juice. The parfait was alright. Nothing really special, just regular yogurt with more chia seeds and cereal in the middle. The cereal was unfortunately stale.
Overall, the food isn't terrible. The place is small and intimate with only a few tables for seating. It's also cash only. Although it was nice to grab something Americanized, I would've chosen a different brunch spot.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Olivia E.Philadelphia, Vereinigte Staaten19118724717. Jan. 2018
I liked being introduced to this place because while I absolutely love traditional Spanish food and I'm not usually traveling to Spain to not eat the local food, La Cacharrería offers alternative options that you just can't find anywhere else.
They serve non-traditional food and are the closest thing to an American breakfast/brunch place. So if you're in the mood for something other than Spanish food, this a good place. They serve things like bagels, fruit, granola, and yogurt for breakfast.
It's located on a small street right behind Las Setas - the modern art structure that you can walk on top of (has the most incredible view of the city). It has a really cute, retro vibe but is very small. They don't have much seating inside or outside, but we went right when they opened and didn't have any problem getting a nice outdoor table.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - 19. Mai 2018
Love this little gem of a place in Seville. It's very intimate and has a cute decor with flashy coins on the brick and antique items on the wall. We sat at the bar and ordered both coffee and food for breakfast and received great service. The food was wonderful and fresh. I loved the yogurt and cereal with fruit. It would have been enough for a whole meal but I was glad I was able to try their toast as well. All around good food and experience here. I would highly recommend this place. Wish I had had room for a dessert since they specialize in cakes.

This is as hipster/American breakfast can get in Sevilla, and I highly encourage you to give it a shot if you're looking for something a little different from the typical desayuno served here! Though Spanish in name, most of their items are Westernized as they specialize in toasts (and I don't mean tapas haha) waffles, coffee, and more. Since I was really missing some plain old bread I went with their breakfast combo that allowed me to choose toast, in this case I asked for the house made bread vs white bread, with a spread in which I chose honey! They were very nice and also provided homemade jam as well. For my drink, I got green tea with mint and which came in a big cup! Though it was a very simple breakfast, it was very satisfying even when I ordered the half portion which came with only 2 toast and it was all under 3EU... Amazing.
Inside the cafe it's a bit tight probably holding about 20 at a time and there's a very nice lady who manages all the tables at once so she's a little hard to catch and order from. In preparation of ordering make sure to stand at the counter where she will eventually get to you as people typically order there and not at the table where they sit, unless they're at the counter. The lady speaks very well in English, and the menu is available in French, Spanish, and English. The cute decor in the cafe is made up of trinkets from all over the world just to show how internationally friendly this establishment is!
I was not disappointed in my experience here whatsoever, in fact, it felt like a home away from home and when I'm in Sevilla once again, you betcha I'll make a quick stop here!Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0 - Ying X.San Jose, Vereinigte Staaten9102422. Nov. 2020

The cake is so good. This little tiny shop is surprising. Looks just like any regular cafe but they have these amazing cakes. Usually 3 that they put out.
They're exceptionally moist, flavourful, not super sweet and the texture makes the cake melt in your mouth.
We had the peach cake and it was 10/10. They give a very generous portion and it includes coffee for 3.5 euros, which is a steal. The slice of cake was enough to feed 2-3 people easily
Would easily Come back here again because I'm hooked on the cake. I really like that the cakes have a fine balance in taste and texture.
We went at about 4pm and the place was full but it didn't take long to seat 2 people. Just a few minutes but I'd presume it's a place that gets filled quickly. Most people at that time have a pastry and drink and then make their way out so don't be too worried about waiting too long.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
