Lego Store

my friends and i went to the lego store on tuesday may 30th at around 6:30 ish and i bought a lego flower set and my friend bought a lego minecraft set. the boy working the register was so nice and very polite and made nice conversation with us. he had like kind of longer dirty blonde hair, a bit on the taller side, very nice smile and very kind. overall very good experience in the store, will definitely return, the people working were lovely

It isn't just the product that is awesome, manager & employees are well versed on their product & ultra helpful. Can't get any better!

Awesome store and incredible employees! I lost one of my nephew's lego guys and he was so upset. Worst auntie ever!!! It was 15 mins before closing and I called the store and explained what happened to an amazing guy Louie. He was sooooo nice and helpful, went out of his way to dig through bazillions of pieces and recreate my nephew's lego guy!!! When I got there about 5 mins before closing another guy, Danny, was at the register and when he had heard the story he went ahead and created 3 more random lego guys for me because it was a better deal than just buying 1. They had them all packaged up and ready to go! It was literally the nicest interaction and BEST service I've had at any retail store in the past 10 years! These are LEGO DUDES. They "get" it. They know their product and understand the value that lego fans place on these lil building blocks! Super happy and beyond grateful! Thank you, Louie & Danny!!!

This store is so fun for my boys and my daughter. Monthly events, daily hands on activities, the displays in the cases around the store, special projects the employees make on their at the register, great customer service . . what more could you ask for? Granted Legos are not cheap, however with the VIP customer card (?) you can earn points for your purchases. Gurnee employees are so engaging with children and knowledgeable to help guide parents. Its hard to both walk by store and get everyone (including my husband) out of it!

Just visited this store this evening. Their "official" grand opening is set for about a week from now, but the store is completely open and stocked. They have EVERYTHING here.
The back wall is a huge wall of individual Lego bricks for purchase. They also have two stations in the front of the store for kids to play and build. There is also a "mini-fig" builder where you can build 3 mini-figs for approximately $12. There is also a monitor along the one side of the store where you hold a set and you can watch the set being built (digitally) on top of the set you're holding. I've never seen anything like this and thought it was pretty neat!
Prices are comparable to the online prices for the Lego store. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The store is also handicap-friendly with a special counter in the back for picking out pieces from the back wall. The store is located by the Value City Furniture entrance down the hallway towards Macy's and Rainforest Cafe. Enjoy!!

Turns out my god son loves Legos. I love discounts! This place has the latest sets at very good prices.

He's been collecting the City series of firetrucks and boats. I just found a new Speed series of supercars. He got the McLaren and loved it, so I went back for the Ferrari and the Porsche. At $14.99, it's less than I can find anywhere.

If you join the VIP club, you get discounts, so that's a plus. The service prime are friendly and they always give me a small toy with a purchase.

Prices go very high for the largest sets. They also have boxes so difficult they're rated 14 or older.

It's a great outlet for a Lego enthusiast.

Stay away from this store . It's the worst at customer service . Tyler is one of the worst employees I've come across .
