They charge $19 for a book of 20 stamps. That's $5.80 more than the Post Office for the same thing. Also, they add a surcharge of $1.50 for all drop offs. Fine... if you tell me. If you tell me, then I have a choice. If you don't tell me, you're ripping me off. They charged my daughter the surcharge without telling her, and overcharged for stamps. She came home after dropping a package, with a receipt that showed $20+ for a transaction that should have cost $13.20
I'm all for mom-and-pop local business, and understand that real estate is $$$, but be fair!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - M H.New York, Vereinigte Staaten0230. Mai 2023
I had a very disappointing customer service experience at Lincoln Postal. Despite my calm demeanor, the owner responded to my inquiries about a misplaced package in an unacceptable manner - raising his voice and displaying outright rudeness.
Instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility for the error, the conversation turned confrontational, leaving me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. This is not the kind of experience anyone should have when seeking help or information.
Considering this unprofessional behavior and the lack of basic customer service etiquette, I strongly advise potential customers to consider spending their money elsewhere, where they will be treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Teju R.Santa Fe, Vereinigte Staaten4342624. A great spot for printing and shipping needs with affordable rates, conveniently located with friendly staff.

I had an easy time here. No line and nice people. Much better than going to the post office though a bit more expensive.

I went there to send several USPS packages to avoid going to an official USPS location. I thought it would at least be a more pleasant experience. The line turned out to be as bad as the real USPS, but that may have been a particularly unfortunate day. The price was over 50% higher than the rate given on the USPS website. Most importantly, the package did not get sent out. They did not respond to emails. They eventually answered the phone after many attempts over multiple days. I was told that the USPS tracking numbers that they issue do not work, which does not make any sense. Eventually the tracking information showed up. It took over two weeks for the packages to be picked up by USPS.
Summary: terrible pricing and terrible service.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mary G.Brooklyn, Brooklyn, Vereinigte Staaten028. Mai 2023
Ridiculous to pay a fee to drop off a prepaid package considering you're paid by the companies to perform that service

Every time I come here I'm more annoyed. The lines are always super long because it's the only real option but the staff does not give two shits about their customers. The staff never wears masks, there's zero organization of the line so you've got ten+ people waiting in close distance to each other during a major Covid surge in NYC and overall I feel so stressed being here. I wish there were other viable options for me.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 027. Mai 2021Vorheriger BeitragI'm a bit less impressed upon coming again because there's an up charge for everything and it's all so do it yourself. Came to drop off a package I had a shipping label for and needed printed. FedEx prints it for you for free and while I get this isn't fedex, you have to pay $3 to use the internet for 10 minutes so you can print the label, then 20 cents for the print, then a dollar to ship, and then it's a $5 card minimum so you have to find something to buy. I guess that their business model but it's just not for me - unfortunately for big packages through fedex I really don't have another choice as there's nothing else close to lug something big to. The staff is always kind of unfriendly too.
21. Dez. 2020Vorheriger BeitragGood spot with friendly service and a large collection of printing services, office supplies (pens, scissors, sharpies, etc), computers, and shipping services. I've come here twice as it's a FedEx drop off. FYI, it's $1 to drop off, but there's a $5 minimum to use a credit card, so I usually just end up stocking up on pens when I'm here.
The line can get really long, especially with covid and 6 feet spacing. When I get here before noon it's not bad but the later into the day you get here, the longer your wait can be - and it can definitely take a while depending on what services the people need that are ahead of you. Dress warmly in case you're standing outside in line for 10-20 minutes! - Stephen B.Midtown East, Manhattan, Vereinigte Staaten263116. Dez. 2022
The two workers are always kind and make the experience go by quickly. Affordable priced and a staple of the neighborhood

I had the same problems other people are complaining about. It's unfortunate that they won't change their policies to make this our neighborhood go-to spot for shipping and printing. I only go here when I'm desperate because it's typically a frustrating and expensive experience.
If you do go, make sure you bring cash. So you aren't left going home and back again. This place does its customers zero favors.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Totallysam S.New York, Vereinigte Staaten112272926. März 2021
NEW TO THE AREA: This is the first time I felt racism against my own. I walked all the way to Lincoln Postal to print of a audition scene that was emailed to me.
I waited in line as there was a caucasian guy in front of me. He didn't have enough money with him. So he said to the Black woman behind the counter "I'll just take... (inaudible). She said how much do you have? He replied and she reached into the tip jar to get the rest of the money. I thought that was so sweet she did that.
My turn. I asked her if I can make a copy of a document that was emailed to me. She said "You have to use the rental machine, and that $3 plus the cost to print." I said is there another way. I am use to going to staples and using there copy machine to print. She said "no". I said is there another copy place close. She said "I don't know, You need to look it up on your phone with an attitude."
I will never visit this place again. As the experience wasn't friendly.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
