After my call with customer service, I went back to the store and was able to get an exchange. I still would not recommend. I should not have to argue with staff when I have a receipt AND the receipt says that 7 days exchanges are allowed. However, in the end, my concern was addressed

It has your basic toy selections, a bit of lingerie, ect.
I liked that they allowed me to try on lingerie before I bought it, and that they has a Yelp coupon promo (10$ off ) which of course I used.
I bought a few things, but wasn't overly impressed with the selection, prices or the service. The girl working seemed bored and not too friendly or happy to be there. But then again she did let me try on some things so i guess she wasn't too bad,
She didn't have a clue about what I was asking for when I inquired about "leather cleaner" so off to the next store.....Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0

We were greeted by a super nice lady she asked what were looking for we told her and she showed us several things. I plan on going back to them. They have a wide selection of things and answer your questions and make you feel at ease and not embarrassed. I would highly recommend them. Plan on going back real soon.

Jill and Tiffany assisted us and there was also a gentleman who greeted us and they all made us feel very comfortable. They have a great selection of all the things and there was definitely something for everyone. I'm not local but I'll definitely be back again when I'm back in Vegas!
