We had to wait 5 months before the work was finished. Completely unsatisfactory! The floor and tile repairs had to be completely reworked.
All of the tiles they laid are completely crooked and the grout is a darker color than the original that is left. These, however, are the least of our problems.
After their work several tiles actually stuck out where a flat surface should have been. One of the new ones is already broken. The grout is in many places cracked and full of holes even though we made them redo the worst of it. The caulking looks like the work of a child. Several tiles were reinstalled with caulk, not grout, and not even in their original positions. The cover plate for the heating pipes was reinstalled so crooked that the drywall behind was left exposed.
Their idea of repairing a large hole next to the bath was to cover it and the old tiles with a layer of new tiles, no longer flush with the rest of the construction. I had to take it all out and redo it myself.
They broke a tile in the kitchen and left it that way for months. I expressly had to ask three times to get bored holes in the kitchen filled, although I had pointed them out on day one.
That is all of course unacceptable. Their workers are careless, sloppy, and completely incompetent.
We should have kept the 2800 euros from the insurance and done the whole job ourselves. Seriously, I have never in my life seen such poor quality work from professionals.

Wir mussten 5 Monaten warten, bis die Arbeit zum Ende gebracht war. Die Reparaturen am Boden und an den Fliesen durch diese Firma mussten zum großten Teil übergearbeitet werden.
Es war alles total unbefriedigend.
Der Bodenbelag im Badezimmer ist jetzt alle schief und der Mörtel hat eine dunklere Farbe als der Alte. Die sind aber die kleinste unserer Probleme.
Nach ihre Arbeit standen einige Fliesen heraus, wo eigentlich eine flache Oberfläche sein sollte. Eine der Neuen ist schon wieder zerbrochen. Der Fugenmörtel ist an vielen Stellen geplatzt und unvollständig, und die Dichtungsmasse sieht wie das Werk eines Kindes aus. Mehrere Fliesen waren am Ende "wiederhergestellt" mit Silikon, nicht Mörtel und nicht in der originalen Lage. Die Frontplatte von der Heizung war schief remontiert worden, sodass die Bauplatte hinten freigelegt war.
Sie haben ein großes Loch neben der Badewanne mit einer neuen Deckschicht bedeckt, trotz der Tatsache, dass sie den Unterstützung gar nicht repariert hatten. Ich musste es selbst alles raus und wieder machen.
Sie haben eine Fliese in der Küche zerbrochen und sie monatelang so gelassen. Wir mussten dreimal ausdrücklich nachfragen, Löcher im Küchenboden reparieren zu lassen, obwohl wir am Anfang sie darauf hingewiesen haben.
Das ist alles natürlich inakzeptabel. Ihre Handwerker sind nachlässig, schlampig, und komplett inkompetent.
Wir hätten die 2800 Euro von der Versicherung gehalten sollen und es alles selbst gemacht. Niemals in meinem Leben habe ich so schreckliche Arbeit von Professionals gesehen!
