madame Zucker

I loved this coffee shop! If you're looking for a cosy-warm environment, with very friendly service and great coffee and pancakes, this is definitely the place to go! The prices are very affordable, and the quality of the food is high!
After having an overpriced breakfast-brunch in another shop, and later arriving to this place, it was surprising to see the difference, and for sure this was the better coffee shop!
A truly lovely little place in Neuköln.

A lovely little spot on the corner, right by where I live. There were two (obvious) vegan options: pancakes, and a smoked tofu bagel. The soups of the day are sometimes vegan, too.

I had the chocolate pancake, and it was delicious. I'll be back on another rainy Sunday, no doubt.

Madame Zucker is an all around great cafe; friendly and attentive service (with strong English), a comfortable space including excellent outdoor seating in front of Wildenbruchplatz park, tasty food, good coffee, and very reasonable prices.

I have gone to Madame Zucker several days in a row and I have had this consistently positive experience. Definitely try the German pancake, it's more like a crepe than an American pancake but a bit heartier. I get it with cinnamon and sugar and I have to resist getting one every time I pass by!

As our accommodation was in the area we wanted to have a nice German breakfast. The cafe looked nice and the many had a good selection to choose from. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, but nothing special. The staff seemed to have a tough time to deal with the customers and we did not get enough attention. Also it took quite a while until the food arrived. We had 2 cheese breakfast and the partner/two person breakfast. Products were good, but the two person breakfast was actually not the double size but cost the double price. Really strange! When asking we were only offered to order something more and pay for it. So I don't really get the point of having that option on the menu. In the end we had to order some more bread and pancakes to get satisfied. Prices were also in the mid-range, so this didn't help the experience. OK experience, but I will try another place when visiting Neukölln again.

Sehr süßes kleines Café toll eingerichtet, hell, freundlich, guter Latte Macchiato und leckerer Kuchen. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr nett und schnell. Ich bin voll zufrieden mit Madame Zucker und werde garantiert wieder kommen!

Great coffee and cake. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Events throughout the month as well seem pretty cool.
