Trendy pizza restaurant situated in a buzzy alleyway, just off New Bond Street.


Some interesting starter dishes to complement the predominantly pizza based main courses. (recommended the pork belly bites as a starter)


A bit on the pricey side for pizza, around £40 pp for 2 courses and a beer, inc VAT and service but the service and menu make up for that.


I would definitely go back, after I've saved up a bit.

This was such a cute brunch spot; however I feel like it would be equally fabulous for any meal! It seems like Mews of Mayfair is part of a few "Mews" restaurants in a quaint little alley off the hustling Oxford Street shopping Mecca. We did bottomless brunch which involves two courses (or 3 if you so choose) and bottomless champs/bloody Mary's etc... the two courses were PLENTY of food and hearty portions. Drinks were a bit on the weaker side, but they're bottomless so just keep ordering or order just the champagne by itself. Truffle fries "chips" were some of the best I've ever had! Our table ordered the crab Benedict, Florentine, cauliflower Mac, cornbread, and salmon. Everyone loved their food so I don't think you can go wrong either way.

The waitstaff was the friendliest so far in London!

So once you find the small alley way that Mews is based at and depending on footwear and the weather, you might find the initial decent to the Mews a bit tricky, it is well worth the find.

The resturant is above the cocktail lounge. It's a small resturant which was not to noisy and well serviced by the small staff team. The ambience was good not to loud so you have to shout your conversation but loud enough so that not everyone can hear what you are talking about.

We ordered from the set menu which gave some good options. The only problem (not a big one really) was that the mains did not come with any sides, when we asked the waiter about this he said it would be fine as the dishes come with a garnish. A garnish is not a replacement for some carbs!

Once the mains arrived we decided that we would need something to accompany the main. Trying to be healthy we asked for new potatoes however they did not have any so it was back to the old favourite...chips

The additional side made the mains very good and more filling. When I initially booked they said that tables would be on a two hour basis, I have to say though that unless they get much busier I do not think they enforce this. I am quite sure we could have stayed, eating and drinking of course, much longer than two hours.

Now the only negative thing I have to say was a peculiar one. Whilst chatting we noticed that a man and his dog had appeared at the restaurant entrance. Needless to say I do not know if this is a regular occurrence but the staff seemed very familiar with both the man and his dog!! The bit which did not sit well with me is the dog seemed to be allowed to wander in and be stroked by the staff, staff serving the food I might add!!! Now if this is the norm for the Mews so be it.

I did enjoy my time there and might go back but not when the dog present is I hope.

The summer grills are so tasteful!

The food blend is so nice! The fresh pineapple and coleslaw lifted the taste of the whole plate!

The only drawbacks are the slow service and very short list of beer and cider... yeah, only one for each kind...

Wonderful hidden place, found this purely by accident. You definitely want to go in the summer and sit outside and soak in the atmosphere, it's awesome. The food and drinks are good (but pricey), but it's worth the atmosphere - great date spot :)

Great time here. We were easily accommodated at their outdoor seating area around 8pm during the weekday.

To start, we shared the chicken liver mousse and Mew's ricotta app. Neither of which I would actually order again but glad I tried. Toast on the chicken liver was great, use that to smear on the ricotta!
I definitely recommend the superfoods salad and the lamb burger. The pea guacamole, while it sounds odd was a good compliment to it.

The place itself is just so charming and hidden as the reviews before mentioned. Seems to be a great after work spot for the locals and it does bring in a good mix of people.

Mews of Mayfair is located in a small small court. I insist on small as there is only Mews and one other bar (which i suspect share the same owner) in that smal small court.
The court is lovely, hiding, and beautiful at night. Perfect for drinks outside with your friends. There are even some torches that keep you worm when it gets a bit chilly.
I suggest you go on the website as it's well designed, and all info are in there.
I can only give my opinion on 2 things:

- The food, which i must say, is really not fantastic at all. Really not. It's kind of flat, not special flavors. I've tried the house burger, which was really poor. After all i'm fond of burgers, you can't play me on that subject.

- The service was irregular, i can't say the waitress were bad as they were helpfull and smiling all along. But the organization is terrible, I've seen 3 different waitress over my meal, no appointed one, and there were always going back and forth, which was not efficient at all.

So if you just want a place to chill with your friends in a nice setting, you can go there definetely.
But please, for the love of food, don't go there to have dinner, as there are so many place in London where you can really enjoy your meal.

Prices: £15-30 for a main meal, £9-12 a cocktail

We used to go this place a lot. It was a great one stop - dinner, drinks and club - great ambiance. Used to be a watering hole for bankers and hedge fund people from Mayfair - but it has gone downhill since.

Recently a few of us went there for dinner - and were thoroughly disappointed. Service was poor with waitstaff taking forever to bring water, drinks, not remembering people's orders etc. Simple requests were forgotten or mishandled. Moreover waitstaff seemed uninterested and for a place that's trying to be upscale and classy. Also, too many waitstaff with full sleeve tattoos on their arms (which could have been hidden had they not rolled up their sleeves). Plus they didn't hustle - but walked around lazily, which is just wrong for waitstaff in a place that's busy. Took us 15 minutes to get service after we sat down.

The food has gone downhill too. I had to send my burger with lobster back twice. Once because it wasn't done medium rare as requested (it had been grilled well past well done). The second time around it tasted like the burger patty had been dragged through a tray of salt. I ended up not eating the main course. Went to McDonald's later.

The soup which was meant to be "wild garlic" had no hint of garlic and just was a creamy green mess. The other three people with me ordered the venison and pork belly - and the portions were miniscule. This is not a fine dining establishment - and the food itself was barely ok - but the portions were truly deplorable.

Two years ago the club had gone downhill, but the restaurant was still ok. Now the restaurant has joined in too. I would avoid, unless you like paying for overpriced meals.

I have been eagerly wanting to visit this place since spotting it when walking through London. It has an attractive court yard and looked like a potential gem. I even followed them on Instagram. But all that glitters is not gold...
On Saturday, my friend and I popped in for a drink and soup.
Everything was going pretty well; the french lady seating us and the waitress who was attending us (Maya I think) were very courteous and full of smiles. But the big tall gentleman with a tattoo seemed in a rush, was rude and one felt like he wanted to get through his shift with as little interruptions as possible. Least of all from customers.
When the time came for the bill, my friend and I decided to split the check. But the big tall waiter guy just ran the whole amount on one card. When we explained his mistake he seemed exhausted at the potential of having to reverse his mistake, so we both politely left and commented to each other how one waiters attitude meant we would never go to that place again.
Real shame.
Later I spoke to Ben - a manager on the phone - who seemed bemused by my complaint and asked me to e-mail them with the complaint. No attempt to take my number or call me back. Left all the work to me; so I decided to review it here.

Oh and the soup was cold and I ordered the mocha and got a cold latte.
Not great, actually it was terrible.
