Ayano K.東京都, Japan3517929. Jan. 2019I walked in there with my machine and the guy didn't even want to take a look at my machine. Before I even try to explain my problem, he simply asked me when I purchased the item. ( which was only a year ago, it's under warranty) so he told me to take it back to where I bought it from.
I ONLY needed an advice on how to use it. My machine was not even broken.
I brought sample cloths and wanted to show him how it's been acting strange, but NO. He refused to even look at it and simply sent me away.
At the end, I took the machine to someone else and found out that I just needed to change the setting. She saw the machine and told me right away!
If he only took 2mins to see the machine, he would have noticed it right away, but no no no. It's under warranty, so take it back! That was his advice.
I had to carry my sewing machine across town only to be refused of service.
I would Never go there again

Sie haben eine neue Nähmaschine bei einem anderen Verkäufer/Internet erworben und haben auf diese Maschine Garantie. Bei Problemen müssen Sie sich an Ihren Verkäufer wenden !! Wir sind k e i n Garantiehändler. Das haben wir versucht Ihnen zu erklären. Leider können wir kein Englisch und Sie leider kein Deutsch, das erschwerte die Kommunikation.
