Nail Envy

My husband and I bought a property in Fryeburg, Maine. We are low key people. Still live in Massachusetts and enjoy the beauty of NH and Maine every week. I was excited when I read the reviews of the salon and made an appointment. I was scheduled for a pedicure with paraffin. Upon my arrival, I found a very friendly staff. By listening their conversation with other clients, I realized that local
S have a great bond with them. I was excited. However, when I got my pedicure, I realized that it was nothing I normally get in my other spot in Massachusetts. You pay $45 got a very simple pedicure and paraffin. No feet and legs massage, exfoliating...nothing. Then I noticed that when one of their regulars came in, she completely rushed my pedi and dismissed me.

My husband and I have been here twice for pedicures before traveling. They have done an excellent job both times. Fast, good service without cutting any corners. The last time I was there, I also got a manicure, which was equally lovely.
I would highly recommend Nail Envy. It was easy to make an appointment and they got us in exactly when we wanted to be seen.

I've been going to Nail Envy for years now and it's the only place I trust to spend my hard earned money. I know I'll always leave satisfied. Clean and calming environment, unlike others that are rushed and chaotic. I wish I had more pictures from over the years because they're always different and stunning each time. Khai is my go-to!

The massage for my pedi was worth the visit alone! Just moved to the area and needed a new nail salon.. I need to look no further.. thank you Nail Envy!

My wife persuaded me to go for my first pedi years ago and I'm glad she did. It's become harder than before to maintain decent grooming of my toenails, and now they're no longer gross to look at. We go together once every other month, she for a min/pedi, me for a pedi only. Highly recommend. Khai and Jocelyn run a beautiful, clean and well-equipped shop. They and their staff are friendly and good at what they do. While I don't see many male customers during our weekday visits, the female customers frequently remark that they wish their husbands would get some work done-- probably stemming from what " real men" should or shouldn't do in pre-21st-century male culture. Guys--Wake up. You should do this! Your wife or girlfriend will thank you for it!

I truly enjoy coming to Nail Envy for a pedicure. I am a rotund lady and I have always felt comfortable here. They have always treated me with kindness and dignity. I fit comfortably in the pedicure chairs and I always find the experience relaxing. The pedicure is excellent.

I want to start off by saying I was completely thrilled with Nail Envy and Khai in particular for months. He did a fantastic job. Until one day (shortly before one of their many vacation closings) he seemed rushed and was trying to do my nails and someone else's at the same time. He cut my nails way too short (he had always been great about maintaince trims before), he made them very thick when he had never done that before. And he took my almond shapes and made them round. They were also very messy, one hand's nails were longer (very noticeable) then the other. They refused to refund me (I should never have paid but I was upset and in shock, I also stupidly tipped) and they refused to give me a new set. The lady on Facebook messenger kept saying you don't need a new set I give you new shape. They argued with me and never offered a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, because of the customer service I will never go back. I understand mistakes happen, but as a loyal customer (every 2 weeks) I expected better treatment. I also tip $10 on a fill with no nail art ($30 service), because I liked to be treated well. It's just saddens me because I had previously enjoyed Nail Envy and Khai.

On a recent visit from New York, I visited for a mani/pedi with my cousin's wedding party. This salon is beautiful, clean, friendly and very welcoming. Great color selection and my nails came out gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Best Nail salon in North Conway! So clean and everyone is so nice that works there. This will always be my go to when I'm up here !
