I really appreciated that there were a lot of items for a variety of budgets.

The owner is very knowledgable and enthusiastic about matryoshkas and if you tell her you're a collector, she will make sure you leave with a doll that is perfect for you and your budget/preferences.

We were on a trip from NJ to upstate NY and passed this store. No one wanted to stop anywhere, but this place made us make a u-turn and proved to be worth the time. We were fascinated by the variation of dolls here. The owner imparted a lot of knowledge about the dolls and other products available. It became the highlight of our trip! Very different and interesting shop. If you are ever in the area, it is worth a visit!

This is the one of a kind shop! Owned by a Ukrainian\ Russian lady, Halina and her husband, Frank. They are very nice and informative. If you're looking for something in particular, they will take the time to show you. If they do not have it in stock they'll order it and give you a call. One-of-a-kind gifts for anyone, not just kids. Beautiful enameled jewelry boxes, heart shaped boxes, enameled plates, toys for kids, elaborate artwork, etc. Support Ukrainian craftsman and find a treasure there! Check hours as they are only open a few days a week, mostly weekends.

This Stop and shop for goodies is a great pit stop. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! The owner is a wonderful lady that shared her personal life experience with me, gave me knowledge of the nesting dolls I bought as gifts. Overall the most caring personalized experience I've had. Not to mention the store is just fun experience from nesting dolls to unique fabric and antiques! I found her shop on TikTok , definitely recommend even as a photo op. You should stop by !

What a whimsical shop! Any type of nesting doll you could possibly want is on display. Fun, fun, fun!

I've lived in the area my whole life and I've always passed the pink barn, and today I finally let my curiosities get the best of me. The store was otherworldly and the owner was very kind and informative. All of the nesting dolls are handcrafted and imported from Russia. Prices felt reasonable (although I have no gauge of how much a nesting doll set SHOULD cost). Definitely an interesting find. Would highly recommend if you're in the area!!

Bumped across this store on our way back from upstate. Make a stop, even if you are not into collecting nesting dolls, because there is nothing like it. They have nesting doll versions of everything you could think of, from famous characters to sports and religion.

I have been dying to come here for about a year and when I finally went, it was a beautiful shop. I have a Russian background so I thoroughly appreciated all they had to offer here. Beautiful dolls and other Russian knick-knacks flooded the walls. Then in the back room there were books, artwork, cultural clothing, dolls, so much from other countries besides Eastern European.

The owners were very friendly, as I spoke with them about the Russian heritage they had such interesting stories to tell. Unfortunately they are only open on the weekends and are closed during the winter, but it makes sense for a small business such as theirs. When we purchased our dolls, she wrapped them up in cute little flannel pockets with ribbon, cute personal touch. Take the time to walk around and look at everything this shop has to offer, we spent an hour and didn't even get to look at everything closely.

I went in here hoping to get a unique gift from an exotic locale... What I discovered was a ramshackle garage sale masquerading as a store. Even though the items in the store was garbage, it was also seriously overpriced! I am not exaggerating when I tell you it seems as if 70% of their inventory has been picked from the garbage. Couple this with the inconvenient parking and you have this eye sore of a business.... I hope the owners retire soon and sell the building.
