Terrible!

I walked in, told them that I wanted a pedicure and refill on my fingers. They told me to pick a color. They set up for my pedicure, I put my feet in the water. It just so happens that I came at 5pm. There was also a 5pm appointment who wanted a gel pedicure. They thought I was the appointment. When the person who made the appointment actually came in, All they could offer was "I'm sorry." They didn't try to make other arrangements or offer another available appointment. I had to take my feet out of the water, dry them and leave. How embarrassing is that.

Because they neglected to get the 5pm appointment's name and verify, and we had a similar request, they got us mixed up. This was irresponsible and showed unorganized they are.

I pray they do better in the future. I'll never be back.

I wish i wasn't writing a bad review because i really liked the staff & experience, but my nails simply came out looking awful. i had to go back and get them cleaned up but they still look like nails i had done myself. i am disappointed because i never take myself out to be pampered at a nail salon and it just wasn't worth the money :/

Hoping it was just an off day because the staff were super kind and personable, but the service lacked.

They used to be the best but have gone downhill. So rude especially if you walk in during their lunch hour (today it's 2 PM) The only nice ones are Monni and Theresa the rest are RUDE and bothered by your business. It's a shame because it's local and clean. Oh well.

Wow!! I just had the best pedicure I've ever had. Theresa was absolutely amazing. Great massaging and my toes look great too.

Extremely friendly staff. Clean and hygienic. I went for my manicure and pedicure and loved my experience. The complimentary shoulder massage was the best. I got membership which is only $10 one time. Tip is cash only.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place and especially LAURA. Clean, calm, quiet atmosphere. Always greeted with a sincere hello, never have to wait past my appointment time. Sorry if this sounds bias, but it's important to me to be able to communicate. While not native English speakers, the entire crew is more than proficient in English. I've had refills and pedis here. 100% recommend. Very reasonably priced and I really love Laura's work.

I cannot I have been using Angela for over 2 years now! Time flies when you are in good company! Angela is professional and keeps in mind that your time is important! She works quickly and leaves you with natural, beautiful, luxurious, lashes! I wouldn't go anywhere else. She also has the best price around!!! Come check her out!

If you're looking to get shellac, this is your place!

I'm so glad I was able to find this place not too far from home. The service is welcoming-- they offer complimentary drinks and massages, and the staff is really friendly. The place is kept pretty clean.

If I'm ever in town and need to have a pamper me day, I'll be back! Check out the photo of my shellac manicure I posted. Never had my nails this cute before.
