Pelican Express Courier Italy

Super helpful in making arrangements to get our phone back from the airport in Rome. The staff was quick to respond and mailed back our phone in less than a week. It's a little pricey but worth it!

I cannot express how wonderful this company is!! I'd lost my bag in Rome and the airtag inside the bag showed me where it was located after I returned home to the US. I wrote a letter to that address and it happened to be a police station. They wrote me back and actually had my bag. The police could not ship it to me so I needed to find a local courier that would pick it up and ship it. How in the world do I do that from the US? I searched the web and Pelican Express had rave reviews. I contacted them and they responded quickly and within a few days they had the bag shipped FedEx and I received it today unscathed and packed with such care. I am forever grateful to Alessandro Messino and his staff for taking the time to help me out in such an efficient manner. Grazie, grazie, grazie!!!

We left a bag at Fiumicino Airport at Rome and were desperate to have it sent back to the States.
Contacted Pelican Express and the picked it up immediately, wrapped it up and sent it back to us via Fed Ex.
Very gratefully for their service.

I left my laptop at the airport in Rome and this was the only company willing to pack and ship it for me. They really saved me! They were extremely fast and responsive via email and phone. They packed it well to protect it. Price was fair. I am extremely happy with this company!!!

I left my iPad at the security checkpoint in Rome (FCO) and wondered if I'd ever see it again. It was a little expensive to get my iPad back but WORTH it! They promptly picked it up once it had been identified. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Thanks to Alessandro and the team at Pelican!

I lost my phone in FCO Rome airport. Unfortunately the lost and found won't mail belongings, so I needed to find a courier. I was grateful to read other positive reviews online because I had no idea who would be good to contact. They gave me a fair price, picked up, packaged, and mailed my phone back to me. I was very happy with them. Also, a bonus for me, since I don't speak Italian, that they were able to communicate with me over email quickly and clearly in English. Thanks Pelican.
