Pizza Max

(Please read the second half of review, it's VERY IMPORTANT) Ok, Finally i made my decision after giving this place second and third chance.
First of all let me tell you i'm ordering from this branch since 4 years ago, back in the day they had GREAT burgers and pizzas, nowadays they sticked with the pizzas but their burgers became a nightmare to me.
you might ask why 2 Stars tho?! so here comes my biggest complaint about this place: they hire literally Psychopaths, 3 times i have been humiliated by their treatment to a loyal paying customer, and here what happened:
- once a hardcore German guy answered the phone back in the day when i couldn't speak well german, i asked him Hi can i order in English please? he said: "No you can't only German" i joked and sayed: wow your English accent is amazing, he hanged the phone, later i called again and told him sorry and ordered in German.
- on time a guy literally were talking shit to me cause while ordering i changed my mind and told him: Ok, add extra cheese please.
- lastly and at this point i decided no more MAX, a delivery guy got so pissed of me cause i paid no tips, i heard him saying Scheiß bla bla, i thought ok maybe the poor having bad day...but noooo the next day i found out he threw the receipt in front of my door (Picture is attached with review).

Probably the worst fast food that I've unfortunately tried in Berlin. I've posted a picture of what is supposed to be a burger (with cheese!)
