Waters are a beautiful gradient of blue, and as soon as you step in, you can see your toes wiggle, the fishes swimming, and feel the pure happiness from being in such a beautiful place. I will admit, Bossa Beach is not the most dreamiest beach you can imagine. There is decently soft sand, but it's mixed with a lot of sea debris and rocks. I would suggest either bearing through the pain as you walk through to get to the middle of the water where it's smoother, or wear sandals and take them off when you get in.
There are umbrellas and loungers for rent for 6 euros per item (card and cash accepted), restaurants and hotels along the strip, and how can you forget about the beach solicitors trying to sell whatever items they picked up to resell for the day. Since this is near a busy area, you do have people walking near the beach on the sidewalks. I felt pretty safe, but was also cautious of my personal belongings.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Steven L.Vancouver, Kanada20221564015. Okt. 2017
[The Strip]
This is the main strip chalk full of resorts and clubs synonymous to waikiki beach in hawaii or miami beach. As far as beach quality goes, the sand is a tad rocky and covered in kelp. The water quality is okay but there are far better options around the island. This is one you'd visit purely out of convenience - I wouldn't go out of my way to see.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
