This is the best place in Denver to go when you have to mail something. I can't believe it only has 3.5 stars...I have consistently had a 5 star experience there. Everyone is so incredibly helpful, considerate and kind. It might seem ridiculous to talk about a postal center so lovingly lol, but it's just such a stark contrast to the post office experience...where it feels like you are anticipating the "soup n*zi" from Seinfeld.

Postal centers USA will help you figure out the cheapest or fastest way, depending on your need, to get your package where it's going and they do it efficiently. They do what they can to keep the line from getting too long or the wait from being too long...without making the customer they are serving feel like a burden. They also have GREAT greeting cards...some by local artists which is so fun and just really unique ones. It doubles as a gift shop as well with all the creative decor and art they sell there. I really ENJOY going there. I think that's hard to do for any business let alone one that's not really known for being very likable.

I needed to ship my daughter's medication and was told that it would be delivered by Sunday end of day. When I called today to track my package with FedEx, it will not arrive until end of day Monday. When I called the Postal Center to speak with them, I was treated so rudely and told to do whatever I wanted to do and he hung the phone up on me. Terrible customer service, I will not be back for future shipments. Use a different location.

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. I have been using this service for almost 30 years and they are great. They package and ship, and tell you the cheapest, the fastest way to get your things there. Abdul is also a notary.

Always friendly and professional...they consistently go the extra mile. This is my go to for anything post and shipping related...highly recommended!

The staff is incredibly helpful and always makes one feel welcome. No complaints ever in all the years I have come here to do shipping. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We have come here for years to ship, starting when one of us worked for an art gallery and relied on Shambe to carefully pack and send delicate artworks. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but every single person who works here is kind and caring and does a great job. They are also very generous about allowing dropoff of pre-labeled packages for UPS and USPS.

I love Postal Centers USA. They are the nicest, most helpful staff ever. They make me never want to go back to the stressful, fast-paced, blasé environment of the post office--and I won't. As long as I live in the East Colfax neighborhood, I will remain loyal. They've always had my back & I have theirs. Post office made me pay for a new roll of tape to tape up my box. Postal Centers USA just handed me some over the counter. They're always willing to help!

In this season of mailing and packaging mayhem, I want to strongly recommend the Postal Centers USA store at 1305 Krameria (near King Soopers). These guys are incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, even on the busiest days, and very reasonably priced. And you can buy mailing boxes and envelopes of any size and shape. Been using them for years and always happy with the great service--we're lucky to have them in our neighborhood.

A convenient place to go when one needs to ship packages. They also have a couple of copy machines to make copies. The copy machines are why I usually go there. They also sell all kinds of things related to packing and shipping including different sizes of envelopes, envelopes with bubble wrap etc. The staff there is nice and accommodating. Overall it is nice to have a convenient place like this to go to!
